well welcome to Andrew’s Classics we are

super excited we’ve been enjoying our

time with you um really enjoying our

time with Andrew um it feels like at the

end of every episode it just feels so

rich like we got so much and so um I I

pray that as as as you’re seeing us

being mentored and growing and being

able to ask these questions they’re

questions that are on your heart and

that you’re learning just as much as we

are I think that we’re finding more and

more and I’m sure you are as well just

the depths of the riches of the word of

God yeah and this topics for your own

body Super Rich ABS you can go you can

go from I mean gosh for the rest of our

lives just thinking about all that God

has done for us for the rest of your

life and it really is amazing the dep as

you go deeper as you pull from other

people and other people’s Revelations

you know one thing Carrie’s different

I’m different Andrew is different we’re

all we’re all different from one another

so we see things with the different

perspectives so we’re able to pull those

different principles that are applicable

to our lives and that are absolutely

applicable to other people’s lives but

may not be a priority at the time and

this is you know you’re going to hear

Andrew say this and we’ll agree with

this is that everything you need is SP

in the word of God but for a lot of

people unfortunately um and I’ve seen

this in my own life I didn’t have the

discipline or I didn’t know how to

connect things and Revelations and

truths or just my own ignorance just had

too many lies attached to it so I didn’t

know and so having a teacher having amen

mentorship is just so important as

you’re going in this journey in the word

of God helping have it explained and the

dynamic of spirit’s own body um it can

feel technical in some ways you know the

differences and what each one does but

when you understand that then how you

put the scriptures in I’ve done it where

I’ve taken scriptures and just been like

okay en lighted spirit’s own body yep

that Spirit oh yep it’s addressing the

soul oh yep it’s addressing the body I

mean it’s a complete mentorship process

of taking the kingdom of God and how do

you bring it to your everyday life you

know we’re um because of the richness of

this we’re going to go ahead and we’re

going to jump right in to our next video

when we’re going to be talking about

righteous and holy and how the com the

work is already complete in our spirit

how again we just need to renew our mind

to to think differently because of uh

because of this amazing Covenant that

God that Jesus has ushered in for us we

no longer have to have a consciousness

of sin but we truly have been set free

from that but we have to put the put the

get the understanding ingrain ingrained

in ourselves so much where that becomes

our default that becomes what we go back

to pretty consistently so this is a very

very rich topic again this is so

exciting to really understand this

because it’s it’s life transforming if

we can get a hold of it so uh so so

we’re super excited that we all get a

chance to go through this time together

so we’re going to watch a clip one of

Andrew’s old clips where he’s talking

about righteousness and so grab out pen

and paper and let’s watch this video

together we have set down this theology

that God is offended at every sin that

we commit but the truth is that when

Jesus died he died for your sins past

present and even future tense have been

dealt with

and there is no way around these verses

that we’ve used here in Hebrews 10:

10-14 you were Sanctified and perfected

forever forever that means all times did

you know after you’re born again even

though you fail you are still righteous

in your spirit that sin didn’t penetrate

your spirit because that Spirit was

sealed by the Holy Spirit and so your

spirit retains that righteousness and

true holiness you don’t lose your right

standing with God and somebody’s

listening to me and thinking uhhuh so

you’re just saying that it’s all right

for people to go live and sin no I can’t

tell you everything I know in 30 minutes

I can come close but I’m just trying to

drive home this point on our programs

next week we’re going to start talking

about the reasons for Holiness let me

just basically say it this way that I do

believe in Holiness I do believe in

living a righteous life but I do not

live holy in order to have God accept me

I put faith in the Lord Jesus and when

that happened God put his nature on the

inside of me I became righteous and

truly holy and that right standing with

God does not fluctuate based on my

performance but you know what if I go

out and live in sin I give Satan inroad

opportunity into my life John chap 10:1

says that the thief comes only to steal

kill and destroy and I can guarantee you

that if you go out and live in sin and

just allow Satan a free shot at you he’s

going to bring sickness disease poverty

depression loneliness anger bitterness

on and on it goes into your life sin

will take you further than you want to

go it’ll keep you longer than you want

to stay and it’ll cost you more than you

want to pay but you know what God loves

you independent of your actions and if

you can understand this it won’t set you

free to sin but instead it’ll set you

free from sin it’s the love of Christ

that constrains me to live holy I don’t

live holy in order to obtain God’s love

I obtained God’s love he actually

extended it to me when I didn’t even

know he existed then he revealed that

love to me and when I experience God’s

love in my life I yielded to it by faith

I Was Made righteous and now I live holy

not in order to have God love me but

because he does love me it’s just my

response of love I love God because he

first loved me that’s what it says in 1

John chapter 4 and that’s the way it

ought to be with you by and large we’ve

made a mistake to preach to people that

you should be holy so that God can love

you let me just share a passage of

scripture with you if you can understand

this out of Romans chapter

4 this will revolutionize your concept

of Holiness and why we live holy in

Romans chapter 4 and in verse um

let excuse me it’s Romans chapter 6 and

verse 20 he says for when you were the

Servants of sin you were free from

righteousness now what does this mean

think about this a moment when you were

a servant of sin is talking about before

you were born again while you were still

a child of the devil before You’

experienced the new birth you were free

from righteousness what does this mean

free from righteousness does this mean

that a person who’s not born again can’t

do anything that’s righteous no lost

people can do good things lost people

may give and sacrifice for other people

there’s actually you know the Bible says

no greater love ha any man than this

that he laid down his life for his

friend there are actually some people

who didn’t know Jesus that loved another

person to the degree that they were

willing to sacrifice their own life they

can do right things this is not saying

that a lost man cannot do anything

that’s right but what it is saying is

that those righteous actions can’t

change that nature You Are by Nature a

child of the devil until you get born

again and your righteous actions can’t

change that nature you just have to put

faith in the Lord and receive a new

nature as a free gift you can’t earn it

you can’t produce it through your own

works and I believe that most people

would agree with that well look down in

the 22nd verse it uses the exact same

terminology but it reverses it it flips

it it says but now being made free from

sin and becomes servants to God now if

in verse 20 when it says you were a

servant of sin if that’s talking about

before you were born again now in verse

22 when it calls you a servant to God

this is talking about after you’re born

again and it says in verse 20 that you

were free from righteousness that meant

that all your good actions couldn’t

change your nature you had to be born

again then in verse 22 it says you are

now made free from sin what does that

mean does that mean that a Christian

can’t sin well we don’t have to debate

that very much because most of you know

that a Christian can sin and most of us

have had sins committed against us by

Christians so this isn’t saying that a

Christian can’t sin but it’s saying that

in the same way as a non-believers

actions can’t change his nature and make

him born again well a born again

person’s actions can’t change his nature

and make him unborn again you can’t

produce the new birth through your

righteous acts you can’t stop the new

birth or reverse it through your

unrighteous

acts so this teaching is absolutely

radical and when I say radical meaning

that so many believers they just don’t

get this they they they don’t realize

this righteousness and that you’re

righteous and holy in Christ I think

they got to keep working towards it so

how how did this Revelation change

everything for you it got me kicked out

of the Baptist Church congratulations

that’s a good thing because man I

started saying that I’m righteous you

know I didn’t understand all of this

stuff that we’re talking about now but

the morning after I had that experience

with the Lord I stood up in front of my

Baptist Church and I said I don’t know

what happened but I am in right standing

with

God and they just let me have it yeah

Isaiah 646 there’s none righteous no not

one all of your righteousness is like

filthy rags and stuff like this and boy

they let me have it and I didn’t know

how to counter it so I I didn’t uh

effectively counter it but man I mean

immediately it started to get me in

trouble so so I mean obviously I know

that your church your life revolved

around Church in a lot of ways there so

so but even at home with your with your

mother and with your family how did they

react respond when you started sharing

these princip my mother was she’s always

loved me and she just was kind of

neutral my sister uh actually received

it very well my sister uh back before I

even had a relationship with the Lord

she was seeking God with all of her

heart and she was Radical she uh read

books about revivals and she was uh

Jim’s Sunday school teacher and she’s

the one that instilled a love for the

word in Jamie and U so anyway she my

sister was receiving it but it it’s kind

of strange when she died u i remember

her daughters saying that Joyce never

ever would say that she pleased

God she longed for it more than anything

else but she just could not accept the

righteousness she she wanted to accept

it and and she saw me receiving it and

my sister is one of the few people in

the family that supported me my brother

actually told my mother that we were of

the devil and that it was a cult and

that she needed to break away and he’s

come around and and everything’s good

now but I mean but my sister she she saw

it from a distance but she couldn’t

embrace it wow and you know I don’t know

all the reasons for that I would be out

of place probably but i’ know that she

had some things happen when she was

transitioning from high school into

college and I think she hated herself so

badly for what happened that she never

forgave herself she just couldn’t accept

it but she was really wanting it amen

what would you what would you say to so

many believers who are at that exact

spot they’re listening they might be

even listening to the spiritual own body

and saying that sounds great that sounds

wonderful but you don’t know what I’ve

done and where I’ve been well I would

say you don’t know what Jesus did where

he’s been because he took your sin into

his own flesh on the tree so that you

being dead to sin should live under

righteousness by who Stripes you were

heal 1 Peter 2:24 Jesus became sin he

didn’t just make a token payment but you

know he took every sin just yeah just

think about some people have you know

murdered uh adultery homosexuality

there’s no telling things that they’ve

done but at their very worst whatever

has caused the most shame in their life

Jesus took that shame upon him and he

didn’t take it just in principle he

suffered he became sin for us 2

Corinthians 5:21 he became sin for us MH

every bit of sin that ever touched the

human race entered into Jesus body and

you know I personally believe that this

is why Isaiah 52 I believe it’s verse 14

says that his Vis which is an Old King

James word for face was marred more than

any man and his form more than the sons

of man the NIV says so that he didn’t

even look human I don’t think that any

amount of beating or anything could have

caused that but I believe that

physically sickness disease shame you’ve

seen the effect that sin has on people

their their hair turns white and U of

course that’s not the only reason your

hair turns white but so let’s talk about

your white hair today sir but you you’ve

seen that sin physically affects people

and it causes terrible things I believe

that the sin of the whole world entered

into Jesus so that he didn’t even look

human amen so if a person is saying but

you don’t know what I’ve done they don’t

know what Jesus did it’s like if this

was my sin and it was full of sin Jesus

it was like a tsunami comes and this

30-foot wave just comes and overwhelms

this it is so infinitely greater than

the amount of sin that any of us had

that it’s not even worthy to be compared

so a person who is magnifying their sin

has not magnified what Jesus has done

you’re magnifying the wrong thing that’s

so good you know this is such a radical

truth and when you share it I’m sure

you’ve gotten all kinds of responses

from people all over the world can you

share some of those experiences that

you’ve had Andrew where people have

accepted good or bad ones both both of

you don’t mind well I’ve had lots of

people just totally set free and that’s

what keeps you going yes is the ones who

receive it but I’ve also had a lot of

people say that I’m just encouraging sin

when you say this and because most

people are taught in Christianity that

the reason to reject sin is so that God

will love you and that God will answer

your prayers and they base God’s love

and acceptance for you on your

performance yeah and so that’s how they

keep people in line that’s how they keep

them coming to church and paying their

tithes because if you want God to bless

you you got to do this this and this

when you tell people that there’s

nothing you can do to make God love you

more and there’s nothing you can do to

make him love you less yeah the

religious people freak out because well

how are you going to control them the

way you’re going to control them is that

they fall so in love with God that love

will cause you to serve God more

accidentally than you ever did on

purpose before Oh yeah and you know I’m

a good example of this because uh I’ve

never gone out and said a word of

profanity in my whole life never taken a

drink of liquor never smoked a cigarette

and so I’ve lived a holy life and when I

understood Grace it didn’t cause me to

serve God less it caused me to serve God

more when I was still thinking that it

was my performance because I was trying

to earn God’s favor I actually went to

adult visitation on Thursday night and I

started a youth visitation on Tuesday

night and I thought I was really doing

good to double the number of visits for

the church but when I had this

experience and God revealed himself to

me I quit both of those visitations and

and instead I knocked on a hundred doors

a day instead of knocking on Five Doors

two nights a week I started knocking on

100 Doors a day I witnessed to

everything that moved because the love

of Christ can strain me love is a

stronger motivation than fear fear is a

more common motivator most PE everybody

can understand fear and you can get

nearly anybody to give because if you

don’t give God’s going to take your

money take his money out and doctor

bills your car break down and if you

start telling people that your giving

doesn’t make God bless you well then uh

people that don’t have that motivation

of Love they’ll quit giving but people

who understand and receive the love of

God they’ll give more amen this message

of righteousness and Holiness can’t

coming through salvation versus you’ve

got to earn it do it clean up before God

gives it to you man it’s like the enemy

has taken the things that the cross did

and he just tried to pervert them and

say oh it’s not about what he did it’s

about what you do and if we can just get

to the place of instead of trying to get

to God through the flesh it goes back to

spirit’s own body but we understand it’s

because of who we are in the spirit it

changes everything now we’re coming from

a place of power versus a place of

performance absolutely you you’re

serving God as a fruit and not the root

of Salvation and and I know that you

know this is kind of a setup question

Andrew but would you say that this has

been your major motivation for seeking

the Lord I mean I I know we’re seeing

some awesome things happening in the

ministry tremendous growth but that

really is a fruit of your relationship

with God actually my motivation is just

because God has been so good to me when

I

saw that my hypocrisy my religious

spirit I man I don’t have the words to

describe that but when I saw how I had

uh trusted in myself instead of the Lord

and how that was offensive to the Lord I

honestly thought God was going to kill

me wow I honestly did and when he didn’t

kill me and instead love poured out on

me man I’ve never gotten over that it’s

still um so that’s the thing that

motivates me I’m just so thankful for

what God did and I know what it’s done

for me that I want to share it with

other people because if it’ll do the

same thing for them it’ll change their

life amen I think that same thing

happened I remember when Mike got a hold

of it was it was righteousness through

salvation and he and I had been the free

gift and and uh my I understood that

righteousness came through salvation but

I always thought that you lost it

whenever you sinned and then realizing

that that righteousness was not based

upon a a covenant between God and man it

was based upon a covenant between Jesus

and God and see I would have said the

same thing when I got born again at 8

years old I believe I was righteous and

I would take a scripture like Ephesians

4:24 that says you’re created and

righteousness and true Holiness and I

say well yeah I was righteous but I’ve

sinned I thought it was conditional upon

me and man when I understood that you

don’t Your Righteous standing with God

does not fluctuate based on your actions

that was a brand new revelation changes

everything it does amen and it makes you

want to serve God more because how could

a holy God who is pure there’s no sin in

him there’s not even a negative anything

in him how could he love somebody who’s

up and down like a yo-yo and just

missing it and and stuff it’s because he

he made you righteous in your spirit you

are as righteous and holy and pure as

Jesus is and God is a spirit and he’s

looking at your spirit not at your

actions man if you ever understand that

it’ll make you so thankful you’ll serve

God more accidentally than you ever have

on purpose we serve an Incredible God

that’s awesome Amen well we’re going to

Dynamic of just righteousness amen

amen I’ve already in sense giv an

overview of all of the things that the

Lord showed me about Spirit soul and

body and what I want to do now is to

kind of drill down to just go in and

magnify some of the applications of this

to my life and you know we are

celebrating

years of ministry since the Lord touched

my life and man I I’m just so blessed at

all that God has done and we put out a

little uh video that I was watching this

weekend and it went back to my very

first television program on January the

3D 2000 and I started by saying stay

tuned for one of the most amazing

testimonies that you’ve ever heard and

then we uh went to kind of an

introduction and anyway it was my

testimony it was talking about me and

how that the Lord uh delivered me from

being a religious Pharisee and I started

teaching on two types of righteousness

so here I am 23 years later teaching the

exact same thing that I taught on the

very first day on television and I tell

you this has uh revolutionized my life I

have one of the most miraculous

testimonies to share with you and it’s

mine and I tell you I used to actually

be embarrassed and ashamed about my

testimony because I don’t have the

typical testimony I’ve never done some

of the things that people consider these

terrible things that God Saves you out

of but you know what I was a Pharisee I

was a modernday Pharisee and I really

believe that the greatest testimony that

we could see today is somebody who is

trusting in their own righteousness come

to a realization that without Jesus

you’re nothing and that you have to have

the power of God working in your life so

I’m going to be talking about

righteousness right standing with God

you know the word righteous according to

the Strong’s definition it literally

means Equity of character our act

specifically Christian justification and

you can go into a lot more detail than

that but my little Layman’s definition

about righteousness is it’s just right

standing with God did you know nobody

can have a relationship with God if you

don’t understand how to have uh

righteousness be in right standing with

God and there’s a lot of confusion about

this there’s a lot of people outside of

the body of Christ people that have even

been born again that they just think

that you know if you’re good outweighs

your bad somehow or another God put you

on one of these scales and if your good

is more than you’re bad that somehow or

another you’ll be accepted I even heard

that the pope was asked a question and

it was about will atheist go to heaven

and he said yes if there are good people

that even atheist will be in heaven I

tell you what that is not a proper

understanding of what it takes to have

right standing righteous

with God to be declared righteous and so

there’s a lot of misunderstanding

outside of the body of Christ but even

inside of the body of Christ there are

people that get Born Again by putting

faith in what Jesus did for them they

believe that their sins are forgiven but

then they get on like this treadmill to

where you’ve now got to start going to

church and paying your tith and studying

the Bible and you do all of these things

and I would say that the average

Christian believes that you have to in a

sense

earn righteousness with God now again

you may not use the word righteousness

but you you have to earn an answer to

prayer you have to be good enough you

have to be worthy enough for God to flow

through you and that is a total

misunderstanding of what the Bible

teaches about righteousness and when

this is one of the applications of this

teaching that I have on Spirit soul and

body this is one of the things that just

totally transform my life because I

transferred my faith from looking at

what I had done to looking what Jesus

had done for me and I started relating

to God on the basis of what Jesus did

for me instead of what I did for him now

that may be easy to say but I can

guarantee you the majority of people

watching this program you still have

this sense that you’ve got to do

something to be worthy you know I’ve

used this example a a lot of times but I

talk about seeing people raised from the

dead blind eyes open deaf ears open I’ve

seen a lot of miracles happen and I

praise God for that but most of you or

let me rephrase that I don’t know

exactly if it’s most but many of you

watching this program believe that God

is God that he can do anything that

Miracles could happen and so if we were

in a service together and say somebody

died like we had a little baby that was

14 months old that died during a service

I think this is back about 2018 2019 and

this mother just ran to the front while

we were on the stage there were six or

seven of us in a panel and she just ran

to the front and just put her baby on

the stage and this baby had died this

Baby’s arms were back like this and I

mean this this baby was dead and we

started praying uh for this baby to be

raised from the dead now most of you who

are watching this program would believe

that yes God could do it and you might

even believe that because I say that

I’ve seen my son raised from the dead

I’ve seen other people raised from the

dead and blind eyes open Miracles many

of you man would get around you’d want

to see you were all excited about it but

you know where I’d lose most people is

if I say all right if you

believe that God can raise the dead can

do these Miracles then you pray for this

baby now see there’s many people who

would believe that if I do it or if

somebody else is doing it man you’d be

excited you’d want to get up there and

see but when I say you do it all of all

of a sudden your excitement turns to

fear and dread now what happened did you

all of a sudden believe that God changed

no it’s but you believe that God only

uses certain people and whether it’s

conscious or subconscious you believe

that somehow or another you got to be

worthy see what that is doing you aren’t

understanding how righteousness right

standing with God comes you you think

that it’s somehow or another based on

your actions I go to a lot of churches

and I I’ve heard many people pray oh God

just make us righteous make us righteous

and did you know the scripture says in

Ephesians 4:24 already used these verses

but it says that you were created in

righteousness and true Holiness

righteousness is not something you

obtain not something you work towards

it’s something that when you get born

again you were created righteous and

truly holy and see a lot of people

struggle with that because what they do

they are only aware of this physical

body and then a mental emotional part on

the inside and they are ignorant of the

fact that it’s your spirit that got

changed and made righteous see this is

one of the very first applications that

God made to my life was when I was

thinking about God and relating to him I

thought that he was looking at me the

way I look at myself he was looking on

my actions my outer part he was looking

on my mental emotional part and I knew

that my actions never were as complete

as they needed to be I knew that my

thoughts were Never As Good and because

of that I just could not understand how

God can consider me righteous how he

could accept me but when I begin to

recognize that it’s not my body and soul

that become righteous it’s my spirit

that would was recreated righteous in

John 4:24 says God is a spirit and those

who worship Him must worship Him in

spirit and in truth and when I realized

that in my spirit I was born again

righteous I was created that way and

then I’ve already used these verses last

week but Ephesians 1:13 says that once

you believe you were sealed with that

Holy Spirit of promise you were vacuum

packed so this part of you your Born

Again spirit that was created in

righteousness and true Holiness is

vacuum packed sealed so that when you

Sin Sin may affect your physical body

and give Satan an inroad against you and

your finances and your physical body it

may affect your mental emotional part

and cause discouragement and fear and

worry and things like that but your

spirit is sealed and your spirit does

not lose any of its right standing any

of its righteousness with God and in

order to approach God in spirit and in

truth you have to approach him based on

who you are in the spirit which that

spirit is righteous when I saw this it

just began to totally transform my life

and I tell you it wasn’t easy it wasn’t

something that just automatically

happened I remember when I first started

seeing these things I think I referred

to all of this last week I’m not going

to go back through all of that but in

Romans chapter 5 there are five

different times it says in the same way

that you accept that you became a sinner

through what Adam did not through what

you did when you sin that doesn’t make

you a sinner that just confirms that you

already had a sin nature and you were

born in sin is what the scripture says

in Psalms chapter 51 uh in Ephesians

chapter 2 we were by Nature the children

of Wrath even his others you had a sin

nature now see I had accepted this that

it wasn’t what I did that made me a

sinner it was what I inherited that made

me sin and that that was just my nature

and that I needed a savior I had

accepted that and in Romans chap 5: 17-

21 it says five different times that in

the same way that you it receive this

sin nature and that’s what caused you to

sin when you get born again you receive

the righteous nature of God and this

righteousness will begin to start

producing right actions on the inside of

you five different times it says that

and I mean I saw it but it was hard for

me to embrace I saw it in scripture but

I couldn’t see it when I looked in the

mirror I couldn’t see it when I was just

feeling about do I feel righteous do I

feel loved do I feel anointed do I feel

confident and I couldn’t discern this in

just my Physical Realm or my solish

mental emotional realm and I remember

one of the things that I did I used to

stand in front of a mirror and look

myself eyeball to

eyeball and I would preach to myself and

I would quote scriptures that you are

now the righteousness of God in Christ

Jesus and I can guarantee you the very

first time I said that all the hair on

the back of my neck stood up fear hit me

like God don’t strike me dead I’m just

trying to say what the word says about

me but I’d had it ground into me so much

that you know I was a sinner and that I

had come short and I lived in a realm of

condemnation just constantly feeling

unworthy and unloved and when I begin to

see these things through the word the

only way I could embrace it was to quit

going by what I saw in the Mirror by

what I felt in my emotions and I started

going just by the what the word says

this goes back to the very first things

that I shared four weeks ago when I was

talking about this that you can’t see

your spirit you have to this is a window

into the spiritual realm Jesus said in

John 6:63 the words that I speak unto

you they are spirit and they are life

and so you have to look it also says in

James chapter 1 that this is a perfect

law of Liberty and a person who looks

into this perfect law of Liberty is like

a person beholding his face in a mirror

so this is a spiritual mirror this is

how you see into the spiritual realm and

who you are in the spirit you can’t see

it with your physical eyes you can’t

feel it with just your emotions you have

to look at this like a spiritual mirror

and so in the mirror I saw that it said

I was the righteousness of God uh 1

Corinthians chapter 1 I believe it’s

around verse 30 it says Jesus is made

unto me wisdom righteousness

sanctification and Redemption Ephesians

4:24 I was created in right

righteousness and true Holiness I didn’t

feel that I didn’t always see it in my

actions or in my thoughts but in the

word I saw it and so I begin to start

just speaking what God’s word said about

me and I was going beyond what I could

see with my eyes what I could feel with

my emotions and I tell you it was

traumatic at first I honestly felt like

God this can’t be right because it was

so contrary to what religion teach

religion teaches that you’re an old

sinner saved by grace but your identity

is a sinner the word of God teaches that

you were an old sinner but you got saved

by grace and now you are the

righteousness of God you are as pure and

holy in your spirit as Jesus is because

Jesus has become your righteousness 1

Corinthians 1:30 he is your

righteousness you are joined under the

Lord and you are one Spirit 1

Corinthians

6:17 I’ve already talked about all of

this your spirit is one with God your

spirit is exactly like Jesus is 1 John

4:1 17 herein is our love made perfect

that we may have boldness in the day of

judgment because as he is so are we in

this world you can’t see that in the

physical body you can’t see it in your

mental emotional part but in your spirit

you are as righteous as holy as pure as

Jesus is because it is the spirit of his

son sent into your heart crying ABA

father I think that’s Galatians chapter

4: 6 so man I begin to see these things

and it was a major breakthrough in my

walk with the

Lord when I quit going by what I could

see in the mirror just my Physical Realm

my actions what I could feel in my

emotions

and I started basing my relationship

with God on what the word says that

Jesus did for me and not what I could

see that I was doing for him I

transitioned from approaching God In the

Flesh in my own ability and I started

approaching God in spirit and in truth

and I tell you when you do that it

changes

everything you know Andrew this is just

an incredible Revelation uh for us to

continue to talk about but you know you

shared in this teaching that uh your

spirit that you’ve received right now is

the Same Spirit you’re going to have for

eternity your your salvation is complete

right now in your spirit how has that

really driven you in terms of the vision

that God has given you moving forward

well it does a lot of things for one

thing most people believe that they’re

born again and their spirit is perfect

but it’s perfect like a baby’s perfect

it’s got 10 fingers and T toes but they

have to grow and develop and so they say

well yes I’m perfect but I’m a baby

perfect I don’t have the same power when

you understand that the spirit within

you is the exact same spirit that you’re

going to have throughout eternity and

that it’s not going to be improved it’s

not going to be given more power when

you get into eternity right now it says

in 1 John chapter 4 verse 17 as Jesus is

so are we in this world he is not a

little baby he’s growing and developing

and he’s getting stronger and someday

he’s going to be full grown he is

complete and we are complete in him

Colossians chapter 2: 10 and once you

understand that well then I can do

anything that Jesus could do am because

it’s not I don’t I don’t have just a

similar Spirit to Jesus here’s Jesus up

here but I’m down here and I’m similar

parallel but no it says in 1 Corinthians

6:17 he that is join unto the Lord is

one spirit and that word for one is h i

s it means a singular one to the

exclusion of another it’s not like he’s

up here and I’m down here and we’re one

in the sense that we’re similar no we

are identical yeah and so that gives

understanding to how Jesus said he that

believes on me the works that I do shall

he do also because it’s not us living

it’s Christ Living in US it just it

takes the limits off yeah if you can

start understanding that your spirit is

absolutely perfect and and so when the

scriptures start talking about you can

do all things through Christ who

strengthens you and With God all things

are possible and Greater Works will you

do all of a sudden that actually becomes

part of like yeah that’s going to be my

lifestyle that’s what I’m called to

versus like oh someday in the Sweet By

and By it totally changes how you read

the word of God and take those words if

that’s true that you have the same

Spirit on the inside of you that raised

Christ from the dead why don’t you do

the same things that Jesus did amen yeah

I think it also it also is amazing

parameters for how you relate to God

because you know often times what we’ll

do is we relate to God based upon our

past performance and we know that we

have the same Spirit living on the

inside of us that lived on the inside of

Jesus God relates to us the same way he

relates to Jesus and did you know when I

first saw these truths I started

applying them to me personally and

helping me overcome being an introvert

and overcome financial problems and and

on and on and things like that but I was

third

32 or no 34 years into the ministry

already on television and the Lord spoke

to me that I was limiting him by my

small thinking wow and again I knew that

and I had applied it when it came to

praying for the sick I saw my son and my

wife raised from the dead I had applied

it to a lot of different things but I

was still limiting what God could do

Through Me based on my personality and

my lack of talents and my whatever and

so man January the 31st 2002 he told me

I was limiting him by my small thinking

and I you guys have been a part of this

you have seen that there’s been just a

few changes since yeah it’s were you in

school during that so I graduated Caris

in 1999 so you were already in Russia

yeah but you were already starting to

talk that way and and in the sense of

like the first Studio was built in the

classroom so we got to see the studio

built all of a sudden you were preaching

from that for classes and so you started

to see the limits but then as you

started to preach it I was you know I’d

come back from Russia back and forth

right and so every time coming home when

say coming home coming home to the

ministry was it was totally different

because see yeah and I knew where God

wanted me to go I knew he wanted me to

be on television and have a worldwide

Ministry and so I was heading in that

direction it’s not like I was

oblivious but I was I was limiting him

like who am I to do this God I can’t do

this and and I was limiting him and I

had to change and quit limiting God by

this flesh and start saying that through

Christ I can do all things and so it’s

it’s a process so so what were some

decisions that you intentionally made to

begin taking the limits off of God

through that process I mean where did

what positions did you put yourself in

to begin really releasing the power of

God in your life I just it’s easy to

stay in the comfort I just happened to

have a little bit of teaching on

that I’ve got a whole series on uh don’t

limit God

Amen I’ve got one that was made a year

after God spoke that to me and then I

got one that was made 10 years later and

then I got don’t limit God 20 years

later and then I’ve got a series out on

the imagination and this is one of the

major things I did I knew intellectually

that God wanted me to be on television I

knew he wanted wanted me to be on every

available television and that was my

goal and that’s where I was headed and

so if you would have asked me what does

God want me to do I could have told you

but I had never let myself see me doing

it I I couldn’t see me doing it I

thought that was Pride I thought that

was

arrogance and uh you know for a long

period of time it was 68 when the Lord

really touched my life it was

2002 when he told me I was limited him

so that was 34 years later wow and for

those first 30 years I didn’t need to be

seeing myself uh 10,000 miles down the

road I needed to see myself succeeding

where I was and so I believe under the

inspiration of the Lord I wasn’t

supposed to be thinking you know you can

get so far thinking ahead that you

aren’t being faithful where you are yeah

but I was I was at a place where for two

years since I had been on television I

was I was doing what he told me to do

but I wasn’t seeing myself succeeding

doing it and I couldn’t see myself

fulfilling so I started

imagining and I just sat down and

started spending lots of time just

imagining what would it look like if I

was on if I was able to reach like right

now we reach six billion people on

television what would it be like what

would the ministry be like what would we

be doing and I just sat down and started

imagining it and and you know you can’t

go anywhere in your physical body that

you hadn’t already been in your heart

and in my heart I hadn’t been there so

let me take it back to when we talk

about righteousness we talk about

Holiness we talk about this work of who

we are in the spirit do you think that

if you had never gotten that revelation

of who you were in the spirit that you

would ever have sat down and dreamed

that big oh I I can guarantee I wouldn’t

because I would have based God using me

on my physical abilities and talents and

stuff and they just aren’t aren’t there

so if someone was saying well Andrew I

don’t I don’t know how to dream you know

or if you were challenging Mike and I

like you guys have got to dream bigger

what activates that dream bigger part is

it just learning to dream and imagine or

is it would you say you’ve got to

understand who you are before you can

start dreaming well you definitely have

to understand who you are you have to

recognize that you have capabilities in

the spirit that you don’t have in the

flesh but I would tell people psalms

37:4 delight yourself in the Lord and

he’ll give you the desires of your heart

and that doesn’t mean he’ll give you

anything you want it means he’ll put his

Desires in your heart so what I’ll tell

people when we were talking about this I

say all right just forget finances act

like money is no option don’t even

consider honey let’s play this

game just act like you have unlimited

resources act like that you have no

limitations on you whatsoever that you

can do anything and and if you could get

people to just mentally remove all of

these barriers what what lights your

fire what floats your boat what what

makes you what would you really want to

see happen and if a person can remove

those things and see here’s what I would

really like to see happen then you tell

them you you start heading for that and

take these other limits off God Amen

yeah and so that’s what I had to do I

had to just started saying all right I

knew that God wanted me to be on

television all around the world but I

couldn’t see myself doing it because of

finances it was expensive because I

didn’t have the Personnel because we

didn’t have the equipment we didn’t have

the sets we didn’t and there was just so

many things yeah and I just sat down and

started saying man I am not even going

to consider finances or nothing I’m just

going to go for what do I believe that

God wants me to do and I started

imagining it so when when you began

taking these proactive steps I’m sure

that the world just parted ways and said

sure come on through wonderful feel free

and did you know we had opposition and

like I decided to build that first

building in on Elton drive without any

finances and I forget the exact amount

of time but we ran out of money and that

thing just sat there did you ever come

and see it when it had the floor all we

had uh broken up the concrete it was a

building that we bought but we had to do

a $3.2 million renovation and we ran out

of money and we had dug The Trenches to

put in the plumbing and stuff and so you

couldn’t hardly walk through it because

there was trenches and there was junk

everywhere and we just ran out of money

and it sat that way for months I don’t

remember how long but see that was

something that was coming against me to

say well this dreaming isn’t working too

good yeah so the way I countered that

was I had my Builder put uh duct tape on

the floor where every wall where every

door was and I would spend an hour or

two per night walking around and I would

act like I was opening doors I never

stepped over the tape I would walk down

a hall I would open the door I would go

in and I’d look around and say is this

the way that I want this room to look

amazing and I put up five gallon uh

buckets and plywood on top of them and I

stood in the place where the auditorium

was and I preached an entire sermon to

nobody was there and I preached just

like they were there and I was imagining

what I would do and what it would look

like and that’s way overcame and so so

often times people will just say oh quer

God’s in control this will happen when

it happens but but it’s important to be

proactive through that process

absolutely God is a big God he wants to

do bigger things for us than what any of

us have ever experienced and it’s not

God who’s holding back it’s us we’re the

ones who limit him Psalms 78:41 in their

heart they turned back and limited the

Holy One of Israel and that was a

revelation to think that we could limit

God cuz again my most people think God

you know this is all God and if things

aren’t working out it must not be God’s

will wow it’s not so and I think um you

have to have a big picture of of who you

have to have a picture of how big God is

within you and that’s that’s really what

this teaching of spirit soul body does

it has so many domino effects on so much

Revelation that if you know how big God

is inside of you again you renew your

mind you turn that valve you start to

release it you start to then let the

heart and mind of God

be something that you allow him to dream

through you yep and you know right now

we’re in the process of trying to build

out our Bible College and we’re trying

to get two dorms done by the August of

24 I don’t know how long these programs

will be on but but let’s say 10 years

from now somebody listens to this we may

not get two dorms finished before August

24 but we will get it done and I just if

I see something that delays it that

enters it uh it doesn’t bother me at all

see this will be the classic portion for

when you’re 85 86 we’ll play this that’s

our classic like you said before if you

never run into the devil it’s because

you’re going the same way and so

obviously as soon as you start believing

God for these major things and the

vision that God has birth in his heart

and given to you obviously opposition is

going to come but I think it’s really

important for people to realize that

that that that’s not a deterrent that’s

not the Holy Spirit saying wait that’s

that’s actually our responsibility at

that point to take those steps forward

yeah back when I was putting that duct

tape on the floor and trying to imagine

that thing being done debt-free

um we didn’t make our deadline I was

trying to get in in August of whenever

that was 2004 I think it was and I was

trying to get in and we didn’t make it

until November and at the dedication of

that building a woman came up to me and

she says are you depressed does it

discourage you that you didn’t get in in

August and I just looked at her and I

said I’ve never done anything perfectly

in my life I said we got $3.2 million in

14 months instead of8 months but I said

we got it and I said I’m in here and I

was just rejoicing and praising God but

see there’s some people that they just I

don’t know they they think that if

something doesn’t work somehow or

another God’s the one that caused it not

to work God must be displeased with you

that’s why it didn’t work versus that

whole aspect of this is not about making

God do something something with our

flesh it’s it’s it’s again going back to

the what’s he doing in the spirit how do

we be a valve and then we just walk it

out and see what happens and I’ve never

been a perfect valve my valve is not

completely open and so God I don’t

believe that God is using me perfectly

but I guarantee you he’s using me better

than I used to be used and and I just

keep going and we’ll make it we’ll get

this billion dollar building program if

somebody’s wait watching this 10 12

years later we’ll be there amen amen we

may not get there exactly the way I

thought but it’ll happen well Jesus made

many many declarations one of the

promises that he gave us is that in this

world we would have trouble but we can

Rejoice because he’s already overcome

absolutely I believe that with all my

heart so I’m excited about the future

and in our next Classics clip in 10

years so stay

tuned I love this lesson because

righteousness is so much um honestly

what

dramatically uh was a huge uh Revelation

in the mentorship of your life um from

being a Christian who was 20 22 years

you kind of talked about that um in this

but I that’s why I think righteousness

is for most people it’s mindboggling and

so to be able to talk about this today

super super powerful yeah I love how

Andrew tied it back to the aspect of

Covenant what Jesus did for us so it’s

it’s not the as we’re righteous because

of our covenant with through Christ

Jesus with God and and the people prior

to this covenant could never be

righteous CU they’re just they had a

consciousness of sin you know I love the

example that he used as as a baby we we

are complete perfect and we now we’re

just growing up in the physical because

everything that we need to to grow is is

even as a baby we hold it yeah but I

know that one of one of the revelations

we always teach with Spirit body was

that you don’t have a baby Holy Spirit

living in you you don’t have a baby

Jesus living in you you may be born as a

child and then grow up but not Jesus and

so that revelation of you have the

fullness of God inside of you oh that’s

takes off the limits there’s such a

balance there understanding you know how

how Andrew shared about how we’re

already dead to sin so therefore we no

longer live in sin so it’s not the

aspect of Andrew saying oh go out and do

whatever you want to do no don’t be

stupid you’ve been delivered from sin so

why be taken captive by those principles

anymore we have been made righteous and

holy by what Jesus did for us and now we

can Delight ourselves in the Lord

and we can see his will being performed

in our lives as we walk out through

relationship it’s so powerful when I was

in Bible school I remember Andrew said

what he shared today in these episodes

that um we don’t have a similar Spirit

we have the exact same we have Christ

himself the exact Spirit Christ himself

lives in that totally changed my life in

Bible school and then now it’s realizing

that’s why he can say I’ll never leave

you or forsake you all of those

principles oh my gosh we could talk

forever Cara and I were um were uh cing

we’d have these conversations over the

phone and car be like no it’s not your

righteousness I said yes but you still

have to maintain it and realizing that

we’ve been set free from the burden of

trying to be righteous in our own it’s

so powerful amen so I I I know that in

this week you have been super blessed

there’s been so many Revelations I

believe that have changed your life

you’ve had um insight and questions

answered during this time and it is just
