know that you are as well we’re getting
ready to get into the word and i’ve got
a special word for you today
as you know
february 18th and 19th we had the call
to pioneer experience it was amazing the
testimonies are still rolling in about
life changing impartations
wisdom inside we even had two people
receive 5 000 scholarships to sow into
their business it was just absolutely
crazy and
because it went so well i wanted to
bring to you a little bit of the called
experience so today’s sermon is going to
be what’s your why and it was from the
first night
of the call to pioneer experience it’s
going to bless you

what’s crazy about
that message
was that was you may be seated god bless

let’s shout out one more time those are

we’re going to have a time tonight
and all day tomorrow
what’s crazy about that message and that
message was from a series that i did
called modern church and i was talking
about modern apostles and apostles
aren’t often times what people think
people often associate apostles with
just you know church apostles or
whatever but you have a lot of apostles
who are in the marketplace
and and i had no idea so this was way
before this was months before the
pandemic this was months before any of
that and i was talking about a shaking
coming
and i was talking about there’s no
pandemic in sight
but the spirit of the lord
put that in my spirit
about a shaking coming and let me say
something
anytime you see a shaking
as a call person get ready
oh i’m going to say it again anytime you
see god shaking and shifting things and
things happening in the earth that is
our moment why because when the
foundation start getting shaken it’s
because god is opening a door for new
foundations to be laid
now i’m just curious by show of hands if
you are
in ministry if if you’re you’re you’re
calling your your purposes in ministry
like a church or a non-profit raise your
hand i just want to see who’s in the
room
okay
excellent not yet i was gonna get to
that category too
there’s a not yet category um if your
sense of calling or purpose has to do
with business uh or corporate i won’t
say i’m gonna say corporate a corporate
business not entrepreneurship but
corporate or business raise your hand i
just want to see by show hands oh that’s
good
and if you believe that your calling is
to entrepreneurship let me see your
hands
okay that’s really good and if you don’t
know
yet let me see your hands
oh this is awesome and let me see your
hand if you know your call you don’t
necessarily know what to
this this is amazing this is amazing and
that’s what this is for
you can’t be intimidated destiny people
have to see the opportunity in the
shaking
like when people are are stressed out
running around trying to figure out what
to do destiny people recognize that in
shaking moments that is actually your
time because that means that there is a
reordering
of things
the scriptures say
that we are called to be
the heads and not the tail
the tail is in the back it’s behind the
head is in the front
so when you see
the church or your own life or whomever
in the back when you see kingdom people
in the back
that’s a problem but don’t worry the
bible says the last shall be first
so how are those
who are seemingly in the back going to
get to the front it’s going to happen in
the shaking
are you tracking so so the shaking is
actually your friend
if you see it right
it’s your friend and so you have to
steward you have to learn to steward
the shaking and that’s what i want to
talk about and really that’s what this
whole thing is about this whole this
whole
call leaders
is about activating you
because there’s something in you man if
i would have known
what god was up to
when he called me
maybe one day i’ll tell you about that
call but but it was it was dramatic
it was in a dream but not a dream
and i was crying and i guess i didn’t
tell you about it that’s not not my nose
man
just
no i i had this i had this this this
crazy dream and i think i talk about it
in purpose awakening but i was in the
dream i was i was carried into another
dimension right and
the way that i knew that it was a
different dimension was that there was a
threshold of liquid
of like a thick clear liquid and i just
kept going up i ascended i ascended and
i was going at a rate of speed that i i
couldn’t even imagine i mean it was just
top speed just i guess warp speed and
then i broke to this dimension this
threshold
of fluid of clear fluid
and i stopped immediately and i had just
this awareness it’s like i knew
everything
and when i got there
it was me and my firstborn child wren
and she
had a gift
and her gift was that she could fly
but she did not know
that she had that gift
i saw it clearly in fact i was really
passionate about her and that gift but
she didn’t know she didn’t believe in it
and so so
it was just the two of us and then there
were hordes
of
what i could only assume were
the demonic demonic hordes demonic
forces
and they were coming upon us they were
like they were trying to get us you know
just just i mean and they were coming
and i’m like
i can’t fly but you got wings
and so i’m like fly baby fly
and i’m telling my daughter like fly
back and i knew i could see that she had
wings but she didn’t believe in it and
and and and the closer they got the
louder i cried i was trying to get
herself out of this you know and and
she’s like dad i can’t i’m like baby fly
baby fly like straight out spread out
your wings you can fly and she’s like i
can’t but then she tried it a little bit
and then she and she was i’m like yeah
you got it you got to go and all the
while they’re getting closer and closer
and closer and closer and so i keep
telling her baby fly fly be fly and
she’s like oh and then we lift it up
both of us are lifted up
just in time
and we’re carried over to another place
and then we’re there for a moment and
then guess what they came again and i’m
like fly baby fly
you know and we were lifted up and i
woke up from this dream
crying there were other things those are
the main things i walked crying
because i knew that god
was saying something to me
and ultimately as i sat with the lord to
unpack what that calling was about he
said first of all
you have to love everybody the same way
you love your firstborn child
everybody
that you meet
the same way you love your firstborn
child
and
that love is going to empower it’s going
to unlock your tongue
and and
god is love so it’s you know it’s the
spirit of god and it’s going to unlock
your tongue and you’re going to speak to
people
and they’re going to discover their
wings
and they’re going to fly
and he’s like you you ain’t got no wings
your wings
i didn’t give you wings i gave you the
anointing to speak
to those who have wings and as they rise
you’ll rise
and i woke up
and i was i was just in tears and that’s
how it all began
calling
is everything
it’s where it all begins so so i put
this together this
full transparency
is
the the next
dimension for me
i i want to talk to everybody and i’ll
talk to anybody and everybody that god
sends me to
but i really want to talk to you
call people
with something on their lives
some you’re trying to figure it out you
know you’ve been touched by god
and you’re kind of like paul
when he describes in philippians chapter
3 when he says that
i i haven’t apprehended this
he says i’m not
i’m i haven’t quite grasped this
you know and he was you know he was down
the road in his ministry but he’s saying
i haven’t i haven’t grasped this
he said
i’m trying to lay hold
of that for which christ is laid hold
upon me anybody there
you you don’t have it all figured out
yet
but there’s a sensing
and you just sense
that there’s something in you that must
get out i fill this with somebody and
you have been frustrated
and and you’ve tried some things but
you’re not satisfied there is this this
this this thirst in you
that nothing seems to satisfy with the
exception of the presence of god that’s
the only time that you feel normal
the only time that you feel fully normal
is when you are in the presence of god
and so then i realized when i looked at
my own life can i just testify a little
bit
we’ll cover it tonight but but i
realized when i looked at my own life
i realized that we haven’t been taught
how to manage callings
we have no no one has taught us
how to manage that call
so you have called people
that are often confused people
oh i feel the holy spirit
they’re confused
because because we are different but but
nobody is encouraging it
with the best of intentions they say oh
yeah you’re this so let me just put you
in this box no
baby
you have never seen one of these before
come on somebody
and so what happens is watch this call
people often get misdefined
see if i don’t do anything else i’m
gonna let somebody know that they ain’t
crazy you’re going to leave this
conference realizing you’re not crazy
like people try to make you feel like
you are
no one
teaches you
how to manage
your call
and that’s what this is about
and so
so when i looked at it i’m like man
because i look at my own life and i’ve
had great
men and women of god in my life great
great men and women of god
but no one knew how to help me manage my
call and maybe maybe they weren’t
supposed to
and maybe i i’ll confess right now
maybe i’m not going to tell you how to
manage a call but i can put you in the
parameters

by understanding what type of heart you
need to have
what type of head you need to have
what type of honing
your life needs
and what your hands
or your impact should be
and if i can just get you in the
vicinity
of god’s development
i will have fulfilled my mission
i will fulfill my mission
it’s just i’m thinking about eli you
know sorry eli and samuel
that’s a powerful don’t over don’t ever
just skip over that it’s in it’s in
first samuel chapter three
and samuel was anointed he had a calling
on his life like you
come on you elder at the gate you
you like but i’m only 12. that’s all
right
[Laughter]
samuel was just like you
there there was there was a call of god
on his life and it was a tremendous call
of god that was on his life and
and he ended up being in the house of a
man named eli study this when you get a
chance first samuel chapter three he
ended up being in eli’s house
and the lord started calling samuel
samuel
samuel
and samuel wakes up
and he goes to eli and he says eli you
called me
and he was like boy
going back to bed waking me up and stuff
like i can call you what you talking
about
and so eli he says go back and lay down
so so samuel goes back and he goes back
and he lays down
and the lord called him again
samuel samuel he gets up again he goes
to eli because that’s all he knows he’s
he’s trying to manage his calling
and eli says to him i didn’t call you
go lie down.
and he lies like something is up you
know
so he gets up again and he says after
god calls him samuel samuel and he goes
to eli you know the story
and eli perceived that it was god who
was calling him hmm hallelujah
and so eli says samuel i want you to go
back and lay down
but this time when you go back and lay
down watch this he’s helping him to
manage the call
he says this time when you go back and
lay down i want you to say
speak lord for your servant
hears or your servant is listening
he goes back
he does what samuel says
right
samuel didn’t tell him what god said
he just postured him
he helped him to get go lay down he
helped him to go and get in position
so that he can have the type of
encounter with god that he needed to
have so that he can become everything
that god created him to be and if you
see the end of that story he goes he
does what samuel says
eli samuel does what eli says he goes
back he lays down
god calls him samuel salmon he says
speak lord for your servant listens and
god
begins to speak to him and
instantaneously he is connected to the
voice of god he is connected to the
prophetic flow of god and watch this he
became the counselor
to kings
um i feel that
he he became
watch this see you don’t have to always
hold the keys
if you have the ear of the one who does
come on can we talk about influence for
a second this is a leadership conference

you don’t hear a lot of great stories
about sam i mean you’d have to really be
in the bible but but you don’t you know
samia’s not high on your list you know
you got david
you know you got jesus you got esther
you got rude he’s not there but he
shaped david
and so that’s what i feel like
this whole movement called called
leaders is about
i can’t tell you what your calling is
i’ll tell you right now i can’t tell you
that but i can tell you how to get your
heart
in a place
so that god can speak to you watch this
and you will never
lack flow
oh i feel that
so so i want to tonight tonight tonight
i want us to
talk about
the heart of the leader
and and i always start here and i say
always i’ve only done this i did it once
in 2019 for our staff
and then i did it in 2020 in denver
colorado denver makes some noise
colorado’s in the house make some noise
come on somebody
i did it in denver colorado who in fact
who was there for that
whoa wow let me see about 40 of you
that’s amazing i did it in denver it was
remember that was snowing yeah it’s
beautiful snow just white snow beautiful
and great man it ain’t snowing here
praise the lord
it’s actually snowing in different right
now or was yesterday i think anyway i
digress you i got to keep you on track
because we gotta you know we gotta we’re
like we gotta get through this
but um i always start these sessions
with the heart
and the reason why i start these
sessions with the heart we’re going to
talk about the heart tonight and tonight
really is about laying a foundation
tomorrow we’re going to be a lot more
practical
but tonight it is important to lay
the right foundation or none of what we
do will matter
and so
i get a lot of people to ask me
about
success i’ve been blessed to do a lot of
things you know and just and
consistently you know it’s that that’s
psalm one and three you shall be like a
tree planted by the rivers of water that
brings forth your fruit and every season
your leaf will not wither and whatsoever
you do shall prosper and and people who
have watched me have seen that and they
always ask me about it and you know what
the first thing i point to and the first
advice i give them i was like bro it’s
all about your heart
oh let me just stop right there
let’s go to the word first first
first samuel seven
second part of that verse you all know
this it says for the lord does not see
as man sees for man looks at the outward
appearance
but the lord looks at the heart
this is not an indictment on what man
looks at we’re going to touch on
the importance of knowing what man looks
like because if you know what man looks
at because if you know what man looks at
you will know how to influence man
so that’s not an indictment on how
man looks mankind looks it’s not an
indictment it’s just a truth
but it’s about what god looks at and
what god is looking at we have to pay
attention to
and it says that god
is looking at the heart
anything that god is looking at is an
indication of high value
so if god is looking at your heart
that means that your heart
has
extreme value
not just to god
but to you
in fact
your heart is the most critical part of
your spiritual anatomy as it relates to
you fulfilling your call feel it
that’s why
in proverbs what does this say it says
guard your heart
it says keep your heart i think it’s
proverbs 24 and 3. you know what i’m
saying
read the whole thing you’ll find it
right
but he says with all diligence guard
your heart keep your heart with all
diligence for out of it spring the
issues of life oh my god
heart management
is everything
it starts
with the heart
that’s what god is looking at
all the things that build you and make
you great
happen in
and to and live in your
heart
when i’m
hiring somebody yes i look at confidence
you know you gotta you can’t be
incompetent you know i i can pray for
you i
encourage you to work somewhere else but
you gotta have that
but for me the second best thing and
that thing that is just as important to
me is the heart of the person
because the heart of the person is who
the person is i’m trying to stay on
track tonight
that word heart is an interesting word
it’s a hebrew word and it speaks to it
literally means to be enclosed
it is it is your most
interior
organ it is your inner most being
and and god is focusing on it because he
knows that that is the thing that must
be managed
and developed our heart has to be
managed and developed
and one of the things and this is where
we’ll spend the majority of our time
tonight one of the things that
that resides in your heart
are your motives
i want to talk about motives tonight
i want to talk about
the importance of
your why
can i go to the night
i mean we’ll talk about strategy and
structure and processes and networking
and all the all the stuff that we need
to do what we need to do
because we need to do it but but can’t
but can we start tonight
with why
why do why do you want
to start a business
why do you want
to
to get this promotion why do you want to
be rich
can we go there
like why do you if you own a business
already why do you want to scale your
business like why and like well because
but yeah but why
i remember i remember i asked god i
remember ask god i was early in the
ministry and i was like god god i just
want you to lord just just really just
bless the ministry god just bring bring
millions of dollars into the ministry
it sounded real spiritual all that
about you
we have about 40 members god bring
millions of dollars into the ministry
and i’ll never forget it you know what
god said to me
why
and i was like
oh that’s easy
you don’t even have a million dollar
vision
so like like what is this
really about
why i love why
because why is a very powerful qualifier
of activity
action and direction
oh why will get you in trouble
you start asking yourself why
it is it is it is it is an active
question
that always points to the north star of
integrity
say it again you can write that down
why
why why
is
the active question you got to keep
asking it
that always points
to the north star
of integrity check this out why
is more important than what
why is more important than what
your what can and will change
but your why is
fixed when you’re called
can i talk to you like this tonight
yeah yeah
when when the world is crumbling around
you
it’s your why that will keep you active
and engaged
and fruitful
we got to get this why thing worked out
and i’ve discovered that if you live in
your why you won’t have to chase success
an accomplishment success and
accomplishment will chase you
if you live in your why
oh i feel the holy ghost
periodically i always have to get back
to and ground myself in my why why am i
doing what i’m doing sometimes burnout
is because you have lost sight
of your
why
sometimes
when you don’t feel the thing that you
know you need to feel
what has happened
you lost your why so you got to keep
your why in front of you and i believe
that it’s important
that you have a strong enough why
before you embark upon anything that
you’re going to give your life to
can we talk about why tonight
we’re going to dig a little deeper
why do you want to be a business owner
because it’s cool
why do you want a brand
because everybody has a brand and you
can
you know you can you know
be on the ground talking about fiji
water
it is so refreshing
i just love
why i’m not saying there’s anything
wrong with it i’m just asking you why
can we talk about why
just as your heart is your core your why
is your core oh god help me
see if you have your why together it
will keep you from being tossed to
and fro
i
i know my why
i know my why
can we go further
your why
watch this
is connected to a want
your why is always connected to a one so
when you ask why what you’re doing is
you’re getting down to the bottom line
of what you want
now i’d like to impose something on you
we’re all believers or we will be
believers
you know you you know a believer if
you’re here you know me yeah i’m a
believer you know
but but i i do want
i want to impose something on you
tonight this is this will be the only
thing i impose on you the whole time
we’re together but i do want to impose
something on you
if you don’t mind
i want to give you i want to give you i
want to give you
the highest want
i want to give you the highest one in
life
in order to do that
i want us to look at one
simple
but very potent verse
and it lets us in on
the why of one of the most successful
people in history
what came out of this individual
we are literally standing on today and
i’m talking about king david
i want to show you
his why
and we’re going to unpack it and we’re
going to see
why
it this why and this want and this
desire is sufficient it trumps anything
else we could ever want
since psalm 27 and 4 it’s one of my
favorite passages of scripture
here is what david says as we are
getting to his why king
david
the one who the messiah literally came
out of the lineage of
can you imagine being blessed so much
that that your children’s children’s
children’s children’s children
children’s children’s children i feel
the spirit your children’s children’s
children’s children children’s just keep
going that’s the type of blessing i want
i want every generation of roberts
oh you better catch what i’m saying i
want to live
in such a way
and be aligned
in my motives and in my heart in such a
way that everything named roberts
is helped oh i feel the spirit is
healthy
it’s blessed
it’s prosperous
thrives i feel it knows the lord this is
the grace that’s on david the man who
said these words
he was called a man after god’s own
heart and guess what this brother was
not perfect
but his why
his why was so
grounded
that god had to bless him
i i mean
his why was his life
and he says
he says
one thing
one thing
have
i desired of the lord one thing i have
desired of the lord
that will i seek
watch this
that i may dwell
not walk by not walk through not visit
not come on son no no no no
he says that i may
dwell that literally means live
watch this in the house of the lord
all the days of my life wait stop pause
did you hear what he just said
he says every second
of my day
with my life
i want to live
and move and breathe and function and
make decisions and make babies come on
somebody and make life and do bit
and do business
and get married
and start companies

and build my brand
everything that i do everything that is
me
i want to do
in the house
of the lord

all the days of my life
and then he says
and to behold watch this
the beauty of the lord
and to inquire
in his temple okay there’s so much there
first of all
he says
the house of the lord
and then later he says the temple of the
lord
and there is a reason
why he makes this distinction
so he says so let’s unpack a little bit
so he says
i want to spend
all of my life i want to spend all of my
life and i want to bring everything
connected to my life he’s saying i want
to do this all the days of my life this
is what i desire so he’s not talking
about coming in and out he’s talking
about living all the days of my life
he’s not talking about the temple why
because there wasn’t a temple
his son solomon built the temple
there was no temple
which means that he was not talking
about a building
what in the world
was he talking about
if there was no temple study it solomon
built the temple
after he died
so he’s not talking about that
what is he talking about
and he says the house of the
lord and then he says the temple of the
lord and whatever it is is so vast
that he has to inquire in it he’s in it
but still has to inquire
he’s in it but he still has to explo
it’s that and watch this explore it all
the days of his lives so it is
inexhaustible whatever it is he’s
talking about
is absolutely
inexhaustible he could live all of his
life inquiring
so what is he talking about
he’s talking about the
domain of god or since i said dom
he’s talking about the
kingdom
of god
this is kingdom talk i feel the holy
spirit
it says kingdom talk

we came here to have kingdom
talk
and
the reason why he could
single his want or his why down to one
thing being the kingdom was because in
the kingdom
were all of his what’s
oh i gotta break that down right break
that down gotta break that down
see there’s a reason why jesus said seek
first the kingdom
and his righteousness and all other
things will be added why because he
knows your business
oh come on
your dream what you’re trying to do if
your why is right is in the kingdom and
you know what else god showed me
you know that passes
in john 14 where jesus says in my
father’s house
there are
many
mansions
and we always take that to heaven and it
works it applies there but the lord gave
me revelation about that too he is
saying i got whatever you need in
my house
and for i feel god in my father’s house
there are many mansions there are every
type of business you ever want to do if
it’s for me and if it’s for my glory
it’s in my house
that’s why you got to work out your why
and your why will always be greater
oh god i remember
when
we were
we had our
north hollywood facility
and
it was time to move
and i was going all around trying to
find the next building for our church a
growing church i had a couple thousand
members in i was trying to you know i’m
trying to find a place
and i’m going from place to place i’m
looking for a building
and i’m coming up short i can’t find a
building
i’m looking all over the city i got
desperate i was looking all down to
everything i couldn’t find a building
and god said stop looking for a building
stop seeking the building seek the
kingdom
and it seems odd it seems like
what are you talking about we need a
building and god is like duh
but if you seek the building you might
mess around and get the building and
miss the kingdom
i feel god see sometimes the reason why
god is saying no is
is because if you get
what you’re asking for you might miss

i feel it see see that delay for some of
you
that delay for some of you is god trying
to keep you in the kingdom
oh i feel god seek first

in my father’s house
are many mansions
many opportunities for your whole life
not just today
[Applause]

many mansions i feel it
many mansions
many opportunities
many connections
many relationships
oh god i feel it many business
opportunities
oh god i feel the lord
and when your why is together
it puts you in the lane
where everything that is assigned to you
will just show up why because it’s in
the kingdom it’s in the kingdom the one
thing that i desire
that will i
that will i seek he was not an ignorant
person
david wasn’t ignorant
this man was a king
with armies and strategy and had seen
all kind of things under saul and then
having his own thing and and had
navigated crazy family things this dude
was wise
and i think
what what confirmed that he was as wise
as we thought he was
said he got his why worked out
got his wife worked out
in my father’s house
our many mansions now now now now
here’s the thing oh my god
we’re doing really good with time
here’s the thing
so i was looking at that
he says
one thing that i desire
that will i seek after
is that i might dwell in the house of
the lord domain
all the days of my life to behold the
beauty of the lord and to inquire in his
temple and so i’m thinking like wait
i’m always because house of the lord and
temple we it kind of seems the same but
but they actually are kind of different
because this this this invitation into
god’s presence
has a price
and the price is watch this
alignment with god’s person house of the
lord
and alignment with god’s priorities
his temple
i got i gotta say that right
the house of the lord is about the
personal you know the personality of god
the personal relationship with god you
think about you coming off my house
you’re not we’re not talking business
well you might talk business but i try
not to talk much business at the house
you get house we’re friendly we’re
having a friendly conversation you’re
getting to know me but in the temple
i’m working baby
so so what he’s saying is i am not just
connected to god personally he’s
it’s not just that but i’m also into his
work
oh i feel it
i feel it
and if we never
understand
the kingdom in such a way
where we are
into his work
then we’ll miss everything
because i’m learning there’s a different
oh i feel like here it is let me say
this there’s a difference
from being
a child of god watch this
and a son of god
oh let me drink my water
and mine somebody’s business

you can be
saved but not a son
now i threw somebody off right there
because that that sounds okay wait a
minute he’s being extremely
patriarchal right now no has nothing to
do with sex son has nothing to do with
sex at all at all
it’s spiritual how can spirit there’s
there’s no sex in the spirit
that can be a show on sex in the city
sex in the spirit
no that would not work no no
no no no
they’d be like yes i’ve been waiting for
that
no

i mean
there there is no gender
in the spirit

there’s neither male no feminist none of
that it’s all genderless gender means
nothing in the spirit because it is
spiritual
but son
has to do with a position a divine
positioning of authority
and sons are about what their father is
about you can love god
hmm
you can appreciate god
house of the lord
but not be a son of god inquire in his
temple

oh god
see we we talk about the love of god and
that’s wonderful but we don’t talk
enough about the kingdom of god which is
god’s priority
his priority is the kingdom why because
he knows everything we need is in it
and we’re like god no but i want to be
fighting for you know global warming i
want to fight for the environment god is
saying if you seek the kingdom i’ll give
you strategy for that too
no no lord i no it’s about equality you
know and i just wanna i can’t seek the
kingdom right now because my my mission
and my mandate is about equality
diversity equality and inclusion and god
is saying i know silly seek the kingdom
and i’ll give you strategy
for diversity
equity
and
inclusion oh i feel the spirit of god
i’m laying a foundation
we’re going all practical tomorrow but
we’ve got to get
this right what’s your why
what’s your why
what’s your why
what do you want more than anything
what do you want more than anything
and why forces honesty
i got to tell you can i just be
transparent with you so i’ve got
a lot of
business things going right now
a lot of business things
in fact
i probably have more business things
going right now than i do ministry
things
i’ll be very very open with him and be
very very transparent with you
and
it’s scary
because
i’m studying
deals and i’m studying about defy and
crypto and
nfts and all that kind of you know the
stuff that we’re we’re studying right
now
and i’m studying about development deals
and
and you know and i’m studying about how
to leverage
opportunity zone resources and all that
kind of stuff i’m yeah somebody knows so
so i and and i’m in it deep and it
requires a lot
of learning and a lot of studying and a
lot of meditating on those things right
and
and i’m not used to
i haven’t spent that much time
in business
since before i got into the ministry
and so
so
my
my spiritual breathing my my spiritual
sensitivities
seemingly
begin to dull a little bit
oh god
can i just talk to some real people in
here right now
i can rattle off the deal
but wait what with that scripture again
you know anybody ever been there before
where your work took you
it took it consumed so much of you
that you you begin to kind of you you
you or at least you felt like you were
kind of losing your spiritual edge
but you know that god opened that door
and you you know that that god has
called you you know that this is watch
this something that god promised you
he promised to bless you he promised to
make your name great he promised to
prosper you for i know the plans i have
for you plans to he promised all of that
what do you do
when you begin to step into the
manifestation
of what god promised you but it seems
like what god promises you promised you
is pulling you away
from the one who promised anybody ever
been there before am i in the right room
people watching online am i in the right
am i in the right vein

oh i feel the holy ghost
and that’s where
i’ve been finding myself lately
and i wake my wife up in the middle of
the night she loves it when i do that

i’m like baby
am i okay like how’s my spirit you know
like how how’s my energy you know i’ve
been doing this and i’m out networking
and i’m making moves and stuff is
progressing and god and it’s god it’s
family it is totally god
and she’s like you’re all right

and so i
i was wrestling with this recently
and i got up in the middle of the night
i’m like man i can’t i i i’ll drop it
all
i drop every
apartment come on wait one bedroom look
all of us me all being the babies we’d
be right there in that one bedroom
apartment i’m serious
and lose you oh take all of it
i’ve got to know god i’ve got to know
that you and i are still good
like for real not church good not cute
good no no no that me and you are for
real

and so i went down
to a place in my home where i meet with
god
and i was like god
you got to talk to me because i
just you blessed me but it’s you know
and i have this gift
that my my mother in love gave me
and it has
psalm 27 and 4 on it
and i’m like and i went down there and i
was like
that’s it
see
god’s gonna bless you
if you seek the kingdom it’s the
trickiest thing i’m gonna land in just a
second it’s the trickiest thing
if you seek the kingdom in my father’s
house there are many mansions
and if you are called
to business
and entrepreneurship
and you know that
it’s going to show up in your life
because of your integrity
but when it shows up in your life there
will be a new level of wrestling
and the beautiful thing honestly
is
there is a development
that happens
in the wrestling oh how deep can we go
the bible says that it is difficult
for a rich man
watch this to enter into the kingdom of
heaven it didn’t say impossible
instead of a rich man he said it is
easier
for
it to go through or him to go for a
camel it’s easy for a camel to go
through the eye of a needle
than it is for a rich man to enter into
the kingdom of heaven now when he’s
saying enter into the kingdom of heaven
i don’t believe he’s talking about like
going to heaven
i think he’s talking about the kingdom
the one thing that i desired that one
that i might dwell in the house of the
lord all the and to inc that i think
he’s talking about that
so he says that it’s not impossible but
he says it’s easier for a camel to go
through the eye of a needle now the eye
of the needle is not what you think
although that analogy might work
because if you just look at a needle and
think about a camel going through the
needle wow
that’s going to be a bloody
mess but the needle was an opening in
the gate
it was a small gate and had a small
opening and camels did get through but
what they would have to do is they would
have to drop down low
and they would have to unload
their stuff
and then strength i feel god and then
strain
its way through it
so it can happen but let me warn you
you’re gonna have to get low and every
once in a while every blessing
everything every dream that god put on
your back when he blessed you you’re
gonna have to get low put it to the side
be willing to let it go because it is
absolutely vital and critical that you
enter into the kingdom are you tracking
with me

it can happen but it will cost you i
don’t want to give you the tools to
prosper and you lose your soul what
shall it profit a man if he gains the
whole world

i don’t want to suck you up for failure
you’re going to get crazy tools
tomorrow
but i would rather if i had to choose
whether you got this
or the tools of tomorrow
i would cancel tomorrow

here’s another thing that’s interesting
and then we will pray in a minute okay
somebody pointed something out to me in
that very popular passage of scripture
and evicted in ezekiel chapter 37.
and you know ezekiel 37 is the chapter
about the dry bones and the army and
prophesied to the dry bones and the army
stands up or whatever right and that is
a masterful story and you know he’s
prophesying to the dry bones and an army
comes up and they ultimately are brought
back together and they’re able to
possess the promise right the children
of israel but then right after that
god gives him a strange instruction he
gives the prophet ezekiel a strange
instruction kyle
he tells him he says i want you
to take the staff
of judah
and the staff of joseph
oh follow me
i want you to take
the staff of judah
and the staff of joseph
and
bind them together
into one
and show that and you this is going to
be your rod
this is going to be your staff
it’s going to be
the staff of judah well watch this which
represents the anointing
praise the anointing i feel the holy
ghost
and the staff of joseph watch this which
represents wealth
and the management of wealth
oh you’re not ready you’re not ready
you’re not ready you’re not ready
god’s saying i need in order for me to
do
what i’m what i’m trying to do in the
earth
i need your praise but that’s not all i
need
i need your anointing but that’s not all
i need
i need your shout
but that’s not all i need
bring that
but i need you to bring me something
else
he’s saying
i need your business acumen
i need your wealth your understanding of
wealth
business
culture technology whatever moves money
oh you’re not ready
whatever i need both of those together
and i’m a knee and he says i take them
and and it doesn’t make it like it’s
going to be easy he says i need you to
take them i need you to find a way
man i’m trying to help somebody today
i need you to find a way
to marry
what almost seems like opposites
study it ezekiel 37 somewhere around
verse 15. you know what i’m going to say
the rod of judah
and the rod of joseph
and i want you to watch this to figure
it out
figure out
how to make those things work together
and bring those things into one
rod
and then you lift that up and you take
the territory

what is this about
why are we doing this
why do you want to blow up
why do you want your business to succeed
why do you want to do well
why do you want to be rich
for real
we’re not here to pimp god

we’re here to figure out why we’re here
i believe
i’m telling you people that are assigned
to me
signing my voice out of my family
you’re called to do some stuff
i remember god told me once
i really felt it was the lord and it
seemed crazy he’s like

i need to i need a billion dollars to
flow through you
a billion would it be
and it had nothing to do with me
or my lifestyle
it had to do with what he wanted to do
currency

last thing i’m gonna say i said that

as it relates to the pioneer
as it relates to
when the foundations get shaken like we
experienced
the apostolic grace is the grace
to build it’s the grace of lay
foundation you’ve seen it in the
scriptures before we the the the
foundations were laid by the apostles
and the prophets you’ve seen that right
i sat back and i thought about google
and i thought about amazon
it may not be kingdom
but it’s apostolic
it’s a foundation watch this let me show
you how powerful foundation is a
pioneering foundation right because you

years ago so those are pioneer movements
these staple movements were once
pioneering movements
and what they may or may not have
understood
at the time

to lay a foundation that we are all

and say i can’t do it i bind it right
now this is the house of miracles
and we came
to get our heart together
and we’re going to get our head together

than the children of the kingdom
so the mentality see we say oh no i need
to be safe when things are unstable
i need to be safe
when things are uncertain but the
apostolic mentality says
shaking is my thing
uncertainty is my thing
instability
is my thing
watch this
i don’t have to worry about external
instability if i am stabilized by the
kingdom
because everything
that can be shaken
will be shaken so that that which cannot
be shaken can remain it is supposed to
shake around you to prove to you that
you cannot be
shaken i want you to start dancing when
it’s shaking don’t start running don’t
start hiding start dancing when you feel
the earthquake start dancing when you
feel the shifting start praising when it
looks unstable
because there is a reordering of things

trying to compete with my neighbor

real god
i’m not worried about my stuff because
because i know all of my stuff is in
your stuff
so if i take care of your stuff i will
automatically inherit my stuff because
the true stuff that belongs to me is in
your stuff
seek first the kingdom
and all the things

what if what you were pursuing with all
your heart is just extra
in comparison to what god will do if you
will seek his kingdom

throw away
overflow
i’ll open up the windows of heaven
and pour you out
such a blessing
that you won’t have room enough to
receive extra add-on

have to hire people
to show you how to do good with it
man i wish somebody would catch that
i decree that over somebody right now
that because your why is intact
and all you want to do is see his
kingdom come

him and inquire in his temple understand

seen influence yet

an altar of consecration and dedication

look at how jesus teaches us to pray our

the one thing that i desire
it’s not my name on a billboard
it’s not
my face on television

well we’re saying god is the one thing
that we desire
and that we will seek
is to live full time
in your presence
full time in your domain and in your
kingdom hallelujah
purify our hearts god
purify our why
oh we know it’s not wrong to want what
you want for us
but god we just want
to prioritize
that want
and so we give you every
dream
we give you every desire
we lay it all down right now
at the eye of the needle hallelujah
roll it off our back we
even our sense of identity
has been shaped by
whatever
we lay that down too
we want you more than anything god
because when we have you we’ve got
everything

these elders at the gates

to fall in love

fallen that you will be enough that they
will be reminded
