BILL: My faith has got God
on the move. And

if you don’t have God
on the move, then, then he can’t

do it. See, I gotta keep it. I
gotta say it and stay with it. I

can’t say it and let somebody
talk me out of it. I can’t say

it and then doubt whether it’s
going to come. I can’t say it

and then in get fear and hope
that no, I gotta say it

and walk like I’ve said it
and walk like a king.

BILL: God’s got
greatness in the book,

and your name is beside it.
And he’s just telling you,

hold on to your
faith. I I’m gonna lift you up.

Now they going might talk about
you over here, they might do

this or you over here, but you
gonna have to love them no

matter what they say. Well, I
don’t know. I’m willing to do

that. Well just stay where you
are at. But if you ready to

walk, if you ready to do
something that will be a force

for the devil to reckon with,
then it’s time for you to walk.

Take up your bed. Sit down.
Glory to God. I feel anointing

on this group over here. My
goodness. Alright, now let’s

look at this. Glory to God. Now,
God’s plan for your plans and

provisions to be received by
faith, through your spirit, by

faith, through your spirit. All
right? Now, God is not

interested anymore of you
staying down there. God wants

you to come on up. God wants you
to, do things through a

spiritual process. Say amen to
that. Amen. Say spiritual

process. All right. Now watch me
now. Amen. This friend of mine,

Jerry and a person taught me a
lot about the whole kingdom and

all of that. A gentleman named
Charles Caps, who’s gone on to

be with the Lord. Jerry was
speaking, speaking somewhere,

and, and I’ve heard the story
told by Jerry or Charles and he

was speaking and both of them
were speaking on the same

platform. And one was speak an
hour, and then the other take an

hour. So Jerry says, who’s
speaking after me? He said,

Charles is speaking after you.
He said, well, I’m gonna take

his time too. You know, just
laughed about it. So Jerry

started speaking, started
speaking, looked at his watch,

comfortable with the time, kept
speaking, looked at his watch,

comfortable. Kept speaking. He
just felt that he was going

long. He looked at his watch and
he had spoken not only his time,

but Charles’s time as well. Now
here’s what Charles said. Jerry

oh, you tracked me on this watch
this, has trained his spirit to

bring, to pass everything that
he says. All right. He has

trained his spirit that even
when he’s joking, it’s gonna

bring it to pass. Now remember I
said bring to pass things,

plans, and provisions by faith
through your spirit. Why?

Because the spirit is the real
you. This flesh is not you, it’s

your earth suit. The real you is
in the image of God. God, John

your earth suit. The real you is
in the image of God. God, John

4:24 is a spirit. You are a
spirit and God communes with

4:24 is a spirit. You are a

your spirit. So his spirit said,
let there be light. And what

happened? It’s very important
now for you to know where faith

comes from. It comes from the
word out of your spirit, not

outta your mind or your body.
Now, we do a lot with the body

and we try to do things and
pamper it and so forth. But the

question is, what do you do with
your spirit? Because when we

working on that body, we should
be working on our spirit. You

were designed to live by the
limit of your spirit and not the

limit of your body. Let me say
it like this, you are a lot

bigger on the inside than you
are on the outside. Yeah. I

mean, just physically I’m not
6’6” or whatever have you. But

on the inside, I’m a giant for
Jesus. Now I’m just saying you

on the inside, I’m a giant for
Jesus. Now I’m just saying you

can do things when you are doing
with your spirit much beyond

what you can do with your body.
Your body can’t lift but so

much, but you can get your
spirit working. Are you with me

here? So God wants you to do
things through your spirit. He

wants a spiritual process to
happen. And so Jerry was

training his spirit that way. So
all he had to do was say

something. And his spirit went
to work. And the next thing you

know, it found a way to bring
what he said to pass. And what

did his spirit say? His spirit
said, I think I’ll just stop his

watch. I’ll just stop his watch.
Now I’m saying that because you

were designed that your spirit
does the work, and it’s not

really you. He said over in John
14, in verse 10, it’s the Father

in me. Come on. He does the
work. So when you say something,

you need to train your spirit,
that you are not just running

off at the mouth. Now y’all know
what that means, when I said

that. No, no. You’re, you’re
actually getting things done in

the earth because I’m finding
out that for me to fix this

earth like God wants it fixed,
that I’m going to have to do it

through a spiritual means. I I
cannot do it naturally. Natural

fix is, is insufficient. It’s
got side effects, it so forth

and on. But if I take that and
put it on a spiritual basis and

let God bring the solution. Let
God supply what I need. Then the

fix will be excellent. Most of
what Jesus did, he did with

words. Why? Because this is a
word planet. And so when God

wanted something, he spoke
words. And the Holy Spirit was

out there to make it come to
pass. Because what God spoke, he

believed would come to pass. And
it’s called the God kind of

faith. Stay with me. Stay with
me. So the enemy’s job is to put

pressure on you, to make you say
something. Or do something that

is not the will of God. When you
speak, you speak like a king.

And a king, a king knows what he
says is going to come to pass.

And a king, a king knows what he
says is going to come to pass.

He doesn’t even stay up at night
to figure out how, he just

speaks. Luke chapter, two in
verse one through five, this is

Caesar Augustus. He put out a
decree that’s that’s a legal

thing that all the world should
be what taxed. Did he stay up at

night? Because he had
confidence. Amen. In what he

said was going to be carried
out. But if you speak and have

confidence in the immediate
reaction of someone or something

based upon what you have just
spoken, it can strip you of the

faith needed for God to carry it
out. Now let, let’s let, let,

let, let me, let me examine
that. So I’ve got to say

something and have confidence
and what I spoke regardless of

what it looks like of, or what
the immediate reaction was.

Because Satan’s job is to try to
give me some immediate reaction

or some adversity to strip me of
the faith that I had and what I

said. And that is necessary for
God to do it. This is good

preaching. I’m about to say
something. Mark chapter 11,

verse 14. Fig tree, bore no
fruit. Jesus said, no man, eat

fruit of you here after what?
Forever. And the disciples heard

it. Now they came back the next
morning. And when they came

back, here was the fig tree.
Peter pointed it out. He said,

hey, the fig tree, which you
cursed, come on, help me. It’s,

it’s withered away. It is dried
up from the roots. Jesus said,

have faith in God. Another way
of saying that is have the God

kind of faith. So when Jesus
first spoke to it, did it show

any signs of what Jesus spoke?
Now Jesus had to keep the faith.

He, he had to have confidence in
what he spoke no matter whether

it, it looked like it or not.
And when he did that, look at

John chapter 14, verse 10 again.
He said, it is the Father that

dwelleth in me. Come on, keep
doing the work. Now if something

robs me of my confidence and
what I said, is God able to

bring it to pass? No, no, no.
You gotta see me now. I don’t

care how bad the boy is acting.
You gotta hear me. I got a

scriptural promise that says my
children will be like olive

plants round about the table. So
I don’t care how he’s acting. If

I release my faith over his
life, how I see the Bible says,

say amen. And don’t let Satan
rob my words of the faith that I

put in them. Then I will have.
Come on you gotta be with me.

Then I will have what I say.
See, the reason why I have, it’s

cause I’m not doing it. My faith
has got God on the move. And if

you don’t have God on the move,
then, then he can’t do it. See,

I gotta keep it, I gotta say it
and stay with it. I can’t say it

and let somebody talk me out of
it. I can’t say it and then

doubt whether it’s going to
come. I can’t say it and then in

get fear and hope that no, I
gotta say it and walk like I’ve

said it and walk by the king and
walk like Caesar Augustus. I

gotta know that the whole world
is about to be taxed. Sit down.

If I don’t give you anything
else today but that, that will

fix every problem that you’ve
got. If it’s in that Bible, it

belongs to you. And if you start
speaking it by faith and believe

what you say, and don’t let the
devil rob your words of his

faith, you will have, I said,
you right up here, more than

faith, you will have, I said,
you right up here, more than

once or twice people have come
to me about jobs. I’ve just

listened to the Holy Ghost. I
said, you’ll have a job in, in

seven days. Oh, glory to God.
See, they believe what I said.

Now they can’t go away. But I’ll
tell you, I don’t think of a

time somebody has come back and
told me they didn’t get it

right. Not once, because I
didn’t back out of my faith. I,

I said, I’m not backing up. You
may back up, but I’m not backing

up. Now you look at what Jesus
said in Luke and chapter 22 and

look at verse 31, ready, read.
He didn’t say, Simon, I pray for

He didn’t say, Simon, I pray for

you and I sure hope you make it.
No, that’s not faith. He’s

releasing something on Simon. He
said, I prayed for you and my

faith is not going to fail. And
I, and when you are converted,

not if you are converted, when
you are converted, now turn

around and strengthen your
brother. I’m telling you, I have

prayed for you now. I’m talking
to you now. I have prayed for

you. I said, I have prayed for
you and the name of Jesus. Look

what he says in Job, Job chapter
22. Sit down and verse 28. I’m

almost done. I want to get this
point over to you because that

boy is acting like that for the
last time you going say

something over his life and you
not going back up when he looks

like everything’s not working,
you going to stand right solid

flat foot on your faith and say
what I said, God’s going to make

it happen in the name of Jesus.
Look what he says. Ready, read.

It didn’t say, it might be
established. You are the law

giver. You are the one that
makes the law. When you speak,

it becomes law. And God will
work on that law. Say Amen to

that. See, he planned for you to
do things outta your spirit, not

out of your head. Your head
ain’t big enough. Well maybe,

your head not big enough to do
what God wants to do, but your

spirit is big. Jesus said to 10
lepers, go show yourself to the

spirit is big. Jesus said to 10
lepers, go show yourself to the

priest. And they started going.
And as they did, they got

stronger. And they got healed.
By the time they got to the

priest, they had no evidence of
leprosy. And one of them came

back and they fell at his
Jesus’s knees. And Jesus said,

where, there’s only one that
came back and give God thanks?

Watch this. Where are the nine?
Why? He knew every one of them

got healed. Why? Because he said
it. Now one more. So here they

are, Daniel chapter three in
verse 17, the king said, you’re

going bow down. He said, king,
we respect you, but we can’t do

it. And if you throw us in that
fire that God that I serve he

will deliver us. And what did
the king do? He turned the

furnace up seven times harder to
make you take back those words.

Because when you hold on to your
faith, God will deliver every

time. So what am I saying to
you? Your days are being pushed

around. Your days are being
denied and delayed are over.

Come on. Come on now. Cause you
going to speak from your spirit

and believe what you say is
going to come to pass. That

enemy put those three Hebrews in
there and could the fire burn

them? No. And it won’t burn you.
Did you get what I said today?

This is going to be your year. I
said, you going to decree a

thing and it shall be
established from now on. Watch

your mouth. I said watch your
mouth, train your spirit. That

the least little thing you say,
your spirit’s going to bring it

to pass. You don’t need to stay
up all night wondering whether

it happened. Yes, it happened.
Yes. And even if it looks like

it got worse, you going have to
decree it. You gonna have to

stay with God cause
he’s staying with you.

Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I
became saved some years ago and

after giving my life to God, I
had a hunger and thirst to know

had read about faith, but I had

know I could not have done
because everything around me

said, no you can’t. You know,
and and through that one of them

every day at 10:30 in that
business, my TV is on to Bill

Winston’s ministry. And all of
my clients that comes in there,

even the ones as a regular
clients, they already know. They

get there at 10:15, “Ms.
Mildred, you don’t have the TV

on.” I say, “It don’t come on
until 10:30.” They are hungry. I

have had people to come in and
just sit and listen to the

teaching on that 10:30 service
and came in and asked me what

must I do to be saved. And you
know, and I just say, I thank

God I credit all that to God
connected me through broadcast.

I had never seen him before,
never been around, but through

broadcasting all those years
that he connected me with this

ministry and it connected other
people, drawed other people to

Christ and it have changed my
life. And I just thank God,

because if it wasn’t for you all
that was partnering at that time

that the ministry could go
through the television where I

could get it. I don’t know where
I would be right now. So I say

thank you all and I thank God.
