tools pray for others

through your wallet your money and your
heart are attached to each other when
Jesus rose
it took what was dark
and it started suddenly
changing into something
that literally
highlighted this is a prophetic picture
of what your life and your family is
about to look like he’s gonna take what
used to want to take you out a year ago
and he’s gonna turn it into something
beautiful
cuffing season only needs to be done one
time by cuffing to God
because of what Christ did for me
I do not have to become
all of the things of culture

is amazing to see what a generous church
we have because with your generosity we
are able to do some amazing things all
around the world locally globally all
the things we get to partner with
churches organizations and just be a
blessing to people and that is because
of you

hello and welcome to the year end review
my name is Charles and I’m so glad
you’re here and let me be another person
not the first but another person to say
happy New Year welcome to 2023 we made
it we’re here and I am so glad that
you’re taking time out of your day your
week whenever you’re watching this to
join us um I get to serve as the lead
executive Pastor here at Transformation
Church and on behalf of our lead pastors
pastors Michael and Natalie Todd I want
to say happy New Year and welcome to
today’s uh service we’re gonna be taking
some time to do something we’ve done for
a while now it’s our year in review and
we’re doing something the Bible says
tons and tons of times the most common
phrase in the Bible is do not be afraid
and then right after that the most
common thing that it said is remember
and what we’ve realized is stopping to
remember the goodness of God gives us
fuel for the future and so that’s what
this is all about we are stopping to
remember what God did the impact we got
to make as a community and how really
your story is so intricately entwined in
that how it makes a difference and how
grateful we are that you’re a part of
transformation Nation at the top of this
year we had really talked about this
idea of here is Holy every single year
we have a word a phrase of the year and
this year that’s what it was here is
Holy the year of intentional limitations
and uh that really started to shape
everything we did a series around a
vision Sunday around it and we talked
about how really this was the end of an
era really from that moment on the year
began to transform all of our Lives it
transformed me and my family and I’m
sure it transformed many of your lives
and again I want to welcome you and just
ask you no matter where you are just to
stop just to stop take a moment and as
we’re going throughout this year maybe
you’ve already got your uh your New
Year’s resolutions maybe it’s day one
and somehow you already messed it up
it’s okay okay no matter where you are
stop and why don’t you take this time to
remember with us as we go throughout
different times of the years as we go
through different series and outreaches
and things that we’ve done why don’t you
just stop to remember what God did in
your life whatever it is as you remember
I promise you it creates courage builds
faith and inspires you for all God wants
to do this year as we talk about here is
Holy um that shaped our year but also
what shapes our years of church is our
vision and our culture we’re here to
represent God to the lost and found for
transformation in Christ that’s why we
do what we do and that word represents
it shapes everything it shapes how we
give how we serve people how we live our
lives how we raise our kids and
something that is so important here at
translation church is Outreach we have a
culture code of service we use our hands
to show our hearts and um we got to do
so many different outreaches in the year
2022 and again that is because of your
giving your faith your generosity you
are a part of not just giving money away
but impacting specific individuals
impacting specific stories impacting
specific lives and it makes a difference
listen I want to take a moment and we
got to do so many different outreaches
and it would take way too long for me to
tell you all of them so check out the
Outreach that we did together in 2022.

and I just want to take a second and say
thank you thank you so much for your
generosity we have a culture here of
generosity where we give just to give
and not to get it is amazing to see what
a generous church we have because with
your generosity we are able to do some
amazing things all around the world
locally globally all the things we get
to partner with churches organizations
and just be a blessing to people and
that is because of you I could list off
everything we have done but instead I
just want you to take a look at what
your generosity is check this out

and you know as a church we want to be a
generous church and again when you give
you allow us to continue to be generous
and there are two organizations we want
to actually bless today the first is the
Bixby Outreach Center as a church we
want to partner with them today and
somebody go tell Bixby Outreach Center
that we are blessing them and sending
them a check for 25
000 then there’s another organization
it’s called pencil box and this place is
amazing it’s literally imagine a teacher
uh supply store that a teacher could
just come into and everything was free
today pencil box we’re sending you a
check for twenty five thousand dollars
to continue oh come on y’all there’s
some local organizations in Tulsa that
are doing some amazing things that are
literally Transforming Our City one of
those organizations is Iron Gate what
they are doing is they are feeding
thousands of people that need food we
are sending you a check for fifty
thousand dollars and it’s on the way
come on give it up celebrate with iron
gate let’s go and there’s another one
that actually allows you to go and pick
up groceries La Costa give it up for La
Casa okay we gotta check for fifty
thousand dollars on the way let’s go oh
this church when we had a facility that
was so uninspiring to meet in
I’m not even lying we called this pastor
and asked them could we use their Church
offices and they sold that seed into us
when we needed it so today on behalf of
God and Transformation Church and people
all around the world in transformation

oh my goodness TC Nation thank you it is
because of you that we were able to do
all those amazing things that we were
able to be generous that we were able to
be a blessing and that we were able to
be a part of transforming people’s lives
thank you thank you thank you for your
generosity we love you go out and then
transform life

it’s so amazing to see the impact that
we get to make around the world through
Outreach through so many different
programs through so many different
outreaches that we did this year many of
you served at them some of you when you
gave it impacted them no matter where
you find yourself whether you’re here in
local to Tulsa or a part of TC Nation
around the world when you give it makes
a difference in outreaches and in lives
and we’re going to talk about that a
little bit more but I gotta invite my
friend Wills gonna come with me
everybody give it up for will
wow will you got to be a part of uh this
last Outreach we did The Little
Lighthouse and it made a huge impact
would you talk to me a little bit about
how that went and what that was like
being able to bless them yeah it was
amazing man because not only did we
because we got to do the Outreach where
we actually used our hands to show our
hearts and we were in it and it was
amazing it was incredible but as you saw
we actually were able to go in there and
bless them in a major way yeah
absolutely we were able to give them 500
000 it was just a way for I feel like
them to just God sees them and what they
are doing it was incredible it’s not
just being generous to an organization
they have the specific project that
they’re doing expanding into North Tulsa
yes and I think that’s so important
because uh we started in North Tulsa
1519 uh West Pine was where we started I
remember the first time I went there and
so to be able to partner with something
that’s really twofold serving the
special needs Community
um which we even know like our lead
Pastor has a son um MJ who’s progressing
and getting healed an amazing way but
that’s so near and dear to their heart
so being able to accomplish that as well
as reaching into North Tulsa I just know
again when people give it makes such a
difference it goes into actual real
people’s lives and as we’re in a new
year is to stop and say okay God’s about
to do a lot in this year but we’re going
to stop and acknowledge all he’s done
and Little Lighthouse makes a difference
in so many in the lives of so many kids
and another thing that does that is TC
kids absolutely TC kids is amazing my
kids love TC kids they make such a
difference and our team has done an
amazing job and uh there are a couple of
different things they’ve done so many
different things but they have a little
sneak right here we made this little
resource here generous family
but this was during a series we did
called More Money More Problems and uh
we were helping kids grow Beyond just
understanding financial literacy
understanding what it means to tithe
what it means to give uh will talk to me
a little bit about this and what yeah TC
kids did with that this is amazing
because one thing I love about TC kids
is we are presenting got to the children
and their families in a fun and creative
way yeah and this is one of those
creative ways we’re literally we’re
building culture in these kids they’re
growing up and why would we just teach
the congregation to all like our people
and our partners about how to be
generous when like this affects the
whole family so being able to create
this resource there’s literally things
you can go in you can fill in the blanks
and different weights scavenger hunts on
how you can go and be generous yeah um
so it’s actually this is incredible
resource and honestly this is just the
beginning of what we’re gonna do within
TC kids and really tying in the the
kingdom principles that we’re teaching
of the adults and then we’re going to
bring it into our kids so that it
affects the whole family I love TC kids
I love what we’re doing the online

that’s the thing if you have not
subscribed to TC kids YouTube channel go
and do that right yes now um so amazing
so we got to create this for um the kids
but we also got to do something amazing
we got to partner with uh Ramsey and
give away we literally gave away
over 40 000 people I love that download
and here’s the thing some of the biggest
pressures that people experience are
their finances and so being able to
teach about money through more more
problems being able to talk to kids
about it and then also being able to
give that to uh them the Ramsay post it
was such an amazing thing it really was
because the reality is like there there
is work required on our ends absolutely
we’re sitting right and stuff like I’ll
pray for a million dollars but God is
challenging yes absolutely faithful with
the ten dollars yeah and MZ plus was a
way to really watching over 40 000
people take a step to action in that it
was just an amazing thing to see in that
stuff that’s a domino effect absolutely
absolutely when those principles are
locked in and utilized to absolutely
Finance I feel somebody’s watched right
now they literally just realized that
they didn’t do it
I did not do it you could still do it
listen um I Heard a quote one time it
said the best time to plant a tree was
20 years ago but the second best time is
today yeah that means no matter where
you are no matter what your financial
situation is
um you can start now teaching your
children uh what it means to obey God
and tithe and honor him what it means to
be a generous household and so I’d
encourage you to do that uh right after
we did the series on financial
um stewardship and generosity it was
Easter and Easter is the Super Bowl of
all Super Bowls for church and uh man it
was amazing we did something called the
garden and I was so and I go like this
idea was so it was so creative
um it was so near to my heart I love
like the idea and the concept of talking
about the garden Jesus talks about it’s
all throughout scripture not just in
Genesis
um but we got to do something so
creative and the creative team did an
amazing job we have so many amazing
creatives that have come together and
have so many great ideas and we really
got to represent through Easter so I
want you to take a moment and check out
what we did for Easter 2022 the garden
what is a garden

unending anxiousness
it’s because we’re longing
for the garden the reason why you can go
from relationship to relationship the
reason why you can go from drink to

presence of God

that same week my dad told me that he
Transformation Church wanted me to sing
for him and I was like what song is it
like I don’t he was like this this song

but I really like I had a passion to

it’s so awesome to see uh CJ who at his
age is representing God and got to be a
part of the garden production that we
did and again it’s so awesome to see
that no matter where you are in life
whether you’re a young kid rather you’re
a student whether you’re a mom a dad a
business worker no matter what you do
God is giving you giftings and talents
that you can use to represent God to the
lost and found for transformation in
Christ and uh something that was super
cool about that set that I love is that
that was actually recorded
um in one of the shell spaces of
transformation Towers right now we’re at
our South Tulsa location that’s in Bixby
but uh where our staff offices at we had
an open space and the team completely
transformed it uh to shoot it in there
to preach in there and we did all of
that not just for fun but because this
location was under construction uh when
we went into covid in 2020 uh we were
like oh this will last like 3 weeks and
then two years later we were still here
but into that we started construction
and honestly it just took longer than we
expected but it actually ended up being
something so special because it gave us
the opportunity to innovate and gave us
the opportunity to try new things to be
creative and we actually were at our old
location 1519 having service every
single weekend and honestly it was
exactly what we’re doing today it was a
moment to remember where God had brought
us from and it really was a testament uh
to the idea of all you have is all you
need and uh that was awesome and we are
excited to be at 1519 but I’m not gonna
lie to you after a while it was like
okay I’m ready to come home like I’m
ready to be back together and it was so
awesome because we got to finally
announce our homecoming weekend where we
were able to open our doors after 900
days and I know so many of you were so
excited to come visit come hang out in
Tulsa and uh literally during that whole
time there were so many opposition there
were so many things that we didn’t know
how they were going to work out we
finally got to come back together for
homecoming Sunday
the word that God has given me for 2020.
he said Michael I don’t want this church
bigger I want the church stronger this
may just be the biggest I don’t know how
many people are fitting in this building
it is becoming one of the most popular
churches in the city packed every Sunday
Transformation Church is now in a bigger
building celebrating major Milestones
today we end a very difficult week on
the verge of a new phase in the effort
to stop the spread of coronavirus and
you really think that this is going to
stop the Church of Jesus Christ the
enemy fails to realize one thing and
this is how the church starts

God spoke it to me so clearly is that in
2021 it is time for Transformation
Church to be anchored

Church and I want you to see every year

Church isn’t just reopening we’re
this is not just not just a gathering
finally come get ready for an overflow
it’s so awesome watching uh that video
and us being able to come back together
homecoming Sunday was so awesome and I
was excited my whole family was excited
because we haven’t been in church and a
lot changed during the time we were
closed literally when we closed the
doors we had one baby that was six
months old and we came back and we had
three babies speaking of three babies oh
my gosh it’s my wife oh no
oh my gosh was that such a great
transition oh my God that was beautiful
yes so we were doing a lot during covid
you know obviously because we had kids
anyways but um we came back for
homecoming we did how did you feel about
Homecoming coming back you look amazing
thank you I want to have another kid’s
shirt yeah let’s do it anyways no it was
just so exciting genuinely and it was
very surreal the last time that we had
been in there Arlo was a tiny baby tiny
baby massive head and then we came back
with two toddlers and another tiny baby
so it was just wild and it genuinely
just felt like a new a new start and a
new chapter to something and after being
gone
out of the building for two years you
realize how much like oh it means so
much to just be able to worship with
people yeah like the feeling of that and
being able to read the word together and
like listen to the sermon together that
actually does something yeah um and I
feel like it just encourages it talks
about yeah just encourages the body of
Christ as a whole when you’re together
and with people and in community
absolutely and just feels necessary so
it felt really good during that time we
talked about it and you know you get all
my uh random ideas before anybody else
does but I studied the book of Acts and
it talked about there really these like
five things that happened in the early
church and obviously it was sent around
God but then it was uh giving it said
that they sold everything they had they
gave to each other it said they were
growing God added to their number daily
said they were in groups they met house
to house and then they gathered they
said they listened to the apostles
teaching that’s all in Acts 2 42-46 and
I think being back together it was that
Gathering portion of it that felt like
oh man like this is so important but the
thing is there’s so many people our
church is so much bigger than this room
behind us and so what you need to know
is no matter where you are if you
participate in those five things in any
measure that is the church so we did
homecoming but the crazy thing right
after homecoming two days later we had
version two I remember we walked up on
stage for version one and it literally
was like like we were literally like you
did the famous uh you did your hand we
joke about it but it was genuinely there
was so everybody was yelling so loud and
it just felt like Abby pants it felt
like an adrenaline rush and I didn’t
know what else to do and I just stuck my
there’s a photo of it I will find the
photo but literally she was just like
it feels so exciting I just there’s
nothing else I could do
so we have version one but uh version
two man that was genuinely like so
amazing it felt like awesome time too
because we get to see so many friends
that we haven’t seen in a long time from
that side of it but literally one the
conference sold out in seven that was
that was actually Bonkers I remember
telling pm he was outside he was like
bro don’t lie to me don’t a lot like and
it just felt surreal so we had
homecoming we had conference and it was
amazing I mean there were so many
special moments like the opener doing
Eagle was amazing Pastor Brenda and the
the rain we had I feel like there’s just
something about like the expectancy in
the room because people have come from
all over the place like that’s why I
love comfort so much it’s like it’s not
like another Sunday to where it’s like
you were just trying to get out of the
house trying to get your kids ready all
of that it’s like you came like prepared
and expectant for what God’s gonna do
like literally someone came to
conference in a wheelchair and left
walking so just that is like a
mind-blowing yeah and yeah I think it’s
just like it’s always surreal to me and
such an honor that like to be a part of
this like as a staff member that’s like
yeah we get to help prepare this for
people like an atmosphere where they can
come truly meet and encounter God in
like ways that they’ve needed in this
case for like two years yeah absolutely
there were so many things that happened
during conference so many life-changing
moments and it’ll be very difficult for
me to go through all of those so I want

I spent 14 years in the military I got
out a year ago and I suffer from a lot
of body pain
I used to I used to wear a daily
hip holder it literally wrapped around
my hips some people know about it that
work with me here in the volunteer teams
I know it holds my used to hold my hips
together I didn’t
it used to hold her hips together I
don’t know if you heard that or not but
about halfway through the session
yesterday
said I gotta take this thing off of me
cause that thing I don’t need that no
more I got a God who still does Miracles

our brother and sister have been
pioneering and they got a crazy Faith
Miracle of a new building when I was
sitting
um on the front row
we were sitting there and the Holy
Spirit said he said Michael I want you
to partner with forward City
in deep generosity
and so we just sang a song
about miracles
there is a there’s a level in God that
you can get to where you don’t just need
a miracle you can create a miracle uh-oh
that was for somebody on this no maybe
it was for somebody you don’t just
believe for them you create them so on
behalf of Transformation Church and
everybody here forward City

well and uh man we are so excited that
you’re here for a year in review there
have been a lot of moments that have
happened this year but one of my
favorites was version two conference
version two conference and uh there was
something amazing that happened there
we’re going to get into that in just a
moment but I’m here with some amazing
friends Travis and Jackie hello hi good
to be home amazing you got the all
leather situation everyone you
representing you look like easy we both
rocked walk down in a varsity jacket so
I had to go change because you looked
way better but Hey listen
um these are our genuine friends we uh
you actually just spoke today we’re
dating this a little bit but you spoke
today and I said I was like this isn’t a
guess this is family yeah y’all really
are like family and um we’re talking
about everything that happened this past
year and obviously we had version two
and y’all were at version two y’all were
at version one y’all at version one we
have version one we missed version you
missed version one but you’re at version
two and uh there were so many amazing
moments but obviously there was one
moment that was crazy and I just want to
talk about a little bit first of all man
love transformation love you Charles
love Pastor Mike and Pastor Nat and just
the entire staff and the leadership and
what you guys model for Faith I told my
wife I thought I had crazy faith that
part until I met y’all I was like oh
there’s a crazy Earth thing the craziest
faith and so I’m inspired
um every time I’m around and get an
impartation of Faith from you all and
that’s what we came to V2 for honestly
we just came uh to get imparted into
talk to me a little bit about where were
you guys at a church before that moment
like yeah just talk to me about that so
we are Pastors in a I mean in a city
called Columbia South Carolina and
serving Faithfully uh we had turned the
year bigger for us and so this has been
a time where we had prior to 2022 been
maximizing becoming greater stewards and
we’ve just been seeing the father take
radical obedience blow on every
ounce of it every single instruction and
I mean really do crazy things with it so
if it’s us doing a campaign to see how
many people are part of our ministry
we’ve been blown away about the amount
of reach we’ve had the amount of people
partnering with our church the amount of
giving we’ve been able to do not just
financially but even serving our city
it’s just been bigger in every regard a
lot of faithfulness that is amazing so
y’all come to version two Pastor Mike’s
like hey y’all should come and
um in the middle of it Pastor Mike hits
the hey Travis come here hey uh Jack
YouTube I don’t have one but what you’re
in I’m losing they’re gonna lost your
earring in this area
so talk me through one of y’all like and
not like the you know God was just so
we’re gonna get to that but what are
y’all’s just raw thoughts as he calls
you down y’all come up on stage we’re
talking through just talk to me what are
y’all thinking what are y’all
experiencing in that moment well I was
just singing you know what I mean
the Miracles that I um and you know I’m
just trying to flow the kid was kind of
high for me I’m like
just flowing and jumping around with
hell you know having an amazing time
this place is packed it’s booming and
jumping energy is crazy and so I’m like
man I’m I’m starting to sweat a little
bit I’m just having a good time and then
he calms it down and he starts talking
and I’m just like cool so I don’t know
what’s going on you know I got a mic in
my hand I’m like are you are we about to
do are we about to get back into it let
me calls my wife up and Pastor Nat comes
and then we’re standing there and I’m
still just like cool I don’t know what’s
happening and then she says hey go stand
by your husband that’s when it shifted
that’s when you knew that was like you
should go stand with your husband I was
like okay because initially I actually
was thinking like maybe they’re gonna
play a player I said play Pray a
blessing over us or something I’m just
like I know if they’re about to rename
my church you know I’m just like
transformation South Carolina we’re just
here to announce you and everyone else
we dubbed the campus masters of
transformation South Carolina hours you
know I was open to whatever I was like
Here I Am Lord when he said partner in
deeper generosity I was like they have
blessed us tremendously y’all have given
150 000 prior so yeah when you say
deeper generosity and I know how
transformation does prior this year and
then another time a hundred thousand
right another time they did I mean it’s
just been so many blessings you know
through the years and so yeah I didn’t
know what was happening he said a
million it was like
yeah man I I had emotions I know not of
I know
there are moments that Mark you wow well
we were talking before this got started
I thought it was so beautiful what you
were sharing that it actually wasn’t
anything to do with the money like you
talked about and I want you to share
that that maybe in a different season it
might have actually that may have been a
bigger deal
um but it wasn’t the money for that
moment talk to me a little bit about
that yeah in 2020 the lord gave me a
vision about a building in Colombia that
used to be a Best Buy and he told me to
lay hands on it every single day and um
so every day for six months to lay hands
on it that matter if it’s raining or
what uh and some nights I would forget
it’ll be like 11 30 I’d be like I go I
gotta go I gotta go I gotta so I
realized out and get there real quick
and so I did that for six months
faithfully and um we we started our
campaign right before covet we had 140
000 in our account and just like God
we’re just gonna trust you but it’s
better we’re gonna believe you and um
and then that year God gave a shy of two
million dollars in six months during
during covet and were able to buy the
building cash and so uh I was sharing
with you that had that million come then
yeah you know it would have meant
something different totally different we
didn’t have a lot you know and it would
just be like oh man here we go you know
um but I’m glad it didn’t
because we needed our faith to to rise
in that season and he allowed that
challenge because we didn’t know how
we’re going to pay for it we just had a
word from God and so now here we are uh
two years later and you know God has
been so generous to our church
um I mean this year we’ve probably given
almost a million dollars away
um you know I mean so it was just crazy
to even say out loud but to other
churches and to missions and
um to to our local body to people in
need in different organizations so now
we’re not even in a place of like
desperate need you know
um we’re not in like transformational
abundance but but we’re doing all right
for South Carolina
so it wasn’t it wasn’t the money
honestly it although we were extremely
moved by that
I couldn’t get over the faithfulness of
God and the fact that he whispered our
name and for us I mean we just couldn’t
recover from that even uh into the
evening we’re at the hotel talking and
all I can do is imagine you know
yourself and past debris and you know
the exact team sitting around and Pastor
Mike and God whispering Travis and
Jackie in forward City something that I
would say um that took me
um just by surprise is for a church to
be so large have so much impact for you
all to not just so financially but for
Pastor Mike to come to where we are we
are a tenth of the size of the impact
that’s happening here and so for me that
moment was actually birthed when Pastor
Mike made a decision to come to our
church back in March and God he’s
sitting on our front row and got
Whispers like I want you to partner with
this ministry and so for me it was like
wow God in moments where we’re not
striving or working to try to do
anything there are other churches that
you’re placing are placing us on their
hearts that they was not just send my
money but send themselves in a way that
they would break open another level of
favor and another level of ability and
belief that for me coupled with the
moment at the two was just like wow God
you really trust us because when you
start bringing lights it’s saying that
you trust what you’re exposing and that
it’s okay to show so for me it was just
it was it was man it was overwhelming it
ain’t just leather she got a word
oh I love that and anybody who’s
watching I think the encouragement is is
God knows what you need and when you
need it yeah like it’s not because it
would have been okay if I got it this
time it’ll admit this but at a different
season it wasn’t the the the actual
money that you needed it was the
affirmation it was the acknowledgment of
God I see you exactly in Colombia
and so um for anybody who’s watching
this you may feel like I feel like I
want to be generous but I don’t know the
reason you’re feeling that is because
generosity is already in you like you
were the fact that you are aware that
you need Christ that you’re following
him him the whole center of the Gospel
is for God to love the world that he
gave it’s a generosity like and so I
would just encourage you we got to spend
a few moments talking to Pastor Travis
and Jackie about how God has been
generous to them whether it’s being
generous to other people but I would
challenge you be generous like and you
don’t have to
um it doesn’t have to be a moment out in
the future you can literally take like
after I get done watching this I’m gonna
cash out somebody twenty dollars like it
don’t have to be no big thing if God
tells you more awesome but when you
start I realize that
um Faith a lot of things generosity as
well it’s just a muscle and a lot of us
want to lift stuff that we ain’t never
worked out like God will never ask you
to give away a million dollars if you
ain’t give away ten dollars and so if
you desire to be a generous person if
you some of you are watching this and
think man I wonder I would love to be
able to do that you can you can start
tomorrow you can decide to to give
something away and so we’re so grateful
for you listen we’ve got a lot of stuff
to continue to talk about about
everything God is doing and we were at
version two and that Sunday we did did
Flood Sunday which we baptized so many
people and it was so amazing and it was
really in theme with the concept of
overflow like we which we sang the song
overflow which I feel like you should
sing that song by the way I was gonna
put that out there we need you on there
at some point anyway I love that joke
but
um and so man we’re gonna keep moving in
this but we’re gonna talk about how many
people got baptized and all God did
through flood Sunday check this out
today I want you to have the opportunity
to go public
your faith and your decision to follow
Jesus not just him as Savior but
everybody say Lord when Jesus becomes
your lord it’s a different situation
that means he can direct and tell you
and give you the way the play and most
of us have made Jesus our savior but not
allowed him to be our Lord
I am no longer going my own way I’m
going to publicly confess and declare
Jesus as my Lord and Savior in the name
of the Father the Son and the Holy
Spirit I’m telling you today
thousands of people
are going to take this step of faith

go down in the water because it’s an
ordinance that’s in the word of God and
I’m gonna come up brand new
blood Sunday Blood Sunday is the best uh
it’s one of my favorite things we do
it’s so exciting you remember the first
flood Sunday 15 19 it was 613 degrees
outside uh I literally it was my first
event like as the creative director or
creative Pastor like overseeing
something like that and I was panicking
the whole time like it was just but from
that moment it started something that
we’ve done
um and it’s so special there are always
so many stories that come out of flood
Sunday the idea is that we people get
baptized they sign up to but in the
moment we do spontaneous baptism so uh
if you showed up ready to get baptized
or not you can get baptized in the
moment on flood Sunday there were so
many stories that happened literally
there was one story of a guy who heard
us like the sermon like was watching on
YouTube was close to the church truck he
was truck driver drove back and
literally was in service and decided
like I’m getting baptized and got
baptized like literally one of our
friends showed it it was just a picture
of a massive semi parked outside like
along the side of the church and we’re
like what is that you’re like no he
drove the truck here took it that is so
crazy like baptism always represents a
space where people’s stories are trained
or life has changed and um people don’t
even get baptized in their bathtubs
literally yes we did that in 2020 there
are people doing that like
um because the literally the scripture
talks about it’s not like a pastor that
has to baptize you it’s disciples
baptized and we’re all called to be
disciples and so there’s so many people
that get baptized but
um there was something super cool that
happened in our own home today talk
about that for a Sunday no we were
sitting in service and one of our best
friends was sitting close to us and
I could just tell it was like one of
those where she had not planned to get
baptized or anything and I could just
tell it was in that moment that and I
looked at her and I was like are you
supposed to get back
he gave her the eyes yeah and she like
pulled on me and we like went and
yeah she got baptized the kids got to
watch her it was so beautiful and then
she actually told me that morning when
she woke up she felt like God said like
hey you’re going to get baptized today
and she was like what are you
well it feels like during that it’s like
you can feel everybody’s Faith being
encouraged like because as it goes along
you can literally see people who like
start up like sitting and they’re
watching like oh my God that’s so cool
and then as it goes they’re like oh no
and it really is like people’s Faith
being encouraged and
um as we come to like the end of the
year every single year we do something
called the crazy Faith offering and we
go into a season of crazy faith and
during that it always it always
challenges first thing like every single
year we come to the end of year we do
the crazy Faith offering it’s a moment
for our faith to be encouraged and what
we do is we give but we give in faith
and so we have crazy Faith cards we take
them and we write down and literally I
think of our own sort like there are so
the house we’re living in now was our
crazy Faith car like the kids we have
now at one point was on a crazy Faith
card uh things we’ve walked through in
our families and like what’s happened in
our own life in our own marriage were
things we wrote down on our crazy Faith
card and crazy faith is is a season
where people are believing God for
amazing things that happen and there’s
actually someone who’s a part of our
team her name is Paige that she has an
incredible testimony of how God used her
crazy Faith to transform her life I want
you to take a moment and check out
Paige’s testimony

for the first seven almost eight years
of my life while I was in Tulsa and
growing up I went to a private school
and so there was a lot of stress on just
doing good and getting good grades and
how I handled that stress I would come
home and I would eat and so um that
started a cycle of being bullied about
my weight
um being bullied about being a teacher’s
pet and I just began to feel very lonely
while I was in Tulsa I always felt a
pool to go to church so at the time my
family was not in church but um family
friends and just different people would
come and pick me up and take me to
church
um before the age of seven I was exposed
to pornography and I developed same-sex
attractions there were a lot of things
going on at home and I felt like church
was my safe place I wanted to build a
relationship with God but I kept hearing
that if you are attracted to the same
sex that you were going to hell so I
always went to the altar I always begged
God that if I died in my sleep then I
would go to heaven and it was just again
it was a performance it became giving
God good grades or doing chores or just
doing little things to show God that I
was worthy enough to be healed or to be
cleansed from this sin
um and so it became less about a
relationship and more about a
transaction
once I got to college I thought I had so
much Freedom when in actuality I was
bound but I became the party girl I used
to drink
um to the point where I would blackout I
was smoking heavy I was sleeping around
I ended up feeling just very lonely and
wanted community so in college I joined
the sorority looking for a Sisterhood
looking for a community and I thought
that would feel the emptiness that I
felt but it didn’t it honestly just
Amplified it in college I had my first
same-sex relationship and it was super
toxic
it just opened up a whole entire world
um that I should have never
should have never done and so after
college I went to work and then I
transitioned into graduate school and
still felt lonely people would see me
but I never felt seen people would hear
me but I never felt heard and so at the
end of graduate school
um the relationship that I was in with
another woman that ended and I hate rock
bottom and so I cried out to God a God
that I hadn’t talked to in years a God
that I didn’t believe cared about me or
remembered me but I had no other option
and it was just God pleased there has to
be something else and so I was 25 years
old and I was 360 pounds and I had the
degrees and everything that I thought I
wanted I had the trips and the clothes
and I still felt empty
in October of 2019 my best friend sent
me crazy faith and she told me I think
this pastor is from where you’re from in
Oklahoma you should watch it and um it
took me a week to turn it on but when I
turned it on five minutes in I was just
crying and I decided to rededicate my
life back to Christ
and things changed from there

since crazy faith my whole life has
changed I renounced and I left my
sorority I no longer smoke or drink at
all I’ve lost 120 pounds and 60 of those
have been since cuffs to cake and God
has delivered me from homosexuality
[Music]
in October of 2022 I had the opportunity
to join the Transformation Church staff
it did not happen the first time or the
second time or the third time but when
God gives you a promise he is a man of
his word and so for the last time
um I really wanted to give up I didn’t
want to apply again for a lot of
different reasons but I’m so thankful
that I had a friend who was on staff who
encouraged me that if God really said
that and what was for me was for me to
try again and so I applied I was able to
join staff I was able to attend staff
Advance it was so much fun I was able to
find my family my community here in
Tulsa God gave me a vision for an event
the event has already came to pass and
it was amazing and so just as an
encouragement if God ever gives you a
word just obey believe in Crazy faith
and he will do what he has promised
so this year God has really shown me
that here is Holy

we’re going to be as a church giving in
a crazy Faith offering
we do this every year it’s our end of
the year offering
that we use this moment to check our
heart and actually accelerate the vision
of this house but this year I had a
different feeling in my mind and in my
heart when I was praying about it God
said this year is not about amounts it’s
about maturity

I’m believing for a lot next year
definitely confidence for sure
family increase overflow I’m just
believing for God to do a complete
transformation in my life and I’m
excited to see all that come to pass and
I know that this is just the beginning
and I’m excited to see where it goes
I have a crazy faith that my dad will
know Jesus
um fully and he’s gonna be in love with
him and our relationship is going to be
way better
name is Candia and we just moved here
from New York to Tulsa exactly three
months ago and we are believing that God
will cancel all of our debt and just
continue to lead and guide us in a
restoration for our family
and bring daddy home why am I crying so
in this next season I will be believing
that I will sell a hundred thousand
copies of my new book I will get a new
house next year I will be healed of
diabetes I will have my new car
preferably an Escalade
that my mom will be healed of cancer for
the rest of her life
and then I will be prepared to be the
husband that God has called me to be
and that I have embraced my singleness
but that I will be prepared to be
married next year
crazy Faith man we always say uh it’s
only crazy till it happens and we just
talked about crazy Faith but I’m here
with my friend an amazing worship leader
here at translation Church Osby Berry
and uh we just talked about the crazy
Faith offering about ending the year in
faith giving in faith we saw uh Paige’s
testimony about her life being
transformed and Osby you’ve been here
for a little bit now but you came here
on faith like you came here on crazy
Faith uh talk a little bit about that
man what was that Journey like what has
it been like moving in Crazy Faith so um
let me let me take you back to uh 2018
when I first came uh just on a worship
night and like literally saying I
remember that bro that night that night
was bananas bro and it was right at the
height of you know so a lot of people
know me for so a lot yeah and um like
you guys were one of the first churches
that reached out and wanted me to be a
part of your service and like literally
just the the spirit that I felt the
generosity that I experience already
I’ll never forget my phone was off
I got here yeah and like somebody
overheard it and it was like oh don’t
worry about it it’s taken care of like I
didn’t ask I didn’t ask you to do that
but the fact that you thought enough of
thought enough for me to do that it was
just it just goes to show like just the
the um the crazy generosity and the
crazy faith that
um that this church had so fast
forwarding
um throughout the pandemic like me and
my wife were praying
um to move here and the Lord said in May
of 2020 I’m just start packing and I’m
like okay I’m packing but where are we
going let go but he never said anything
and it was like okay God I’ll trust you
and I told my wife like hey I think the
Lord want us to start packing I don’t
know
but but luckily we stayed right across
the street yeah a um a place that held
uh like the story okay gotcha yeah so we
were able to go back and forth
um but literally
um we would come back and forth here
um the world shut down obviously in 2020
um but I came I’ll never forget October
was the the day that you came uh into
the worship room yeah yeah and you um
offered me the position and I was just
bawling because it was like the like the
Lord knew the whole time and like one
thing I prayed me my wife prayed for was
when we moved
um to to um allow us to be in a place
where we can have children yeah many
people know my story and I’ll make it
real short people know the story that we
were trying to have children for eight
years and the Lord clearly said that if
you move here in faith that one may all
sustain you in your mind your body heart
soul and spirit and your wife’s womb
would open up so I was like all right
God bet I’m on it so we good so we moved
we literally moved in December two
months later found out we had a baby on
the way so it’s like literally this that
that crazy Faith was to obey God in the
obscurity right absolutely and um man
I’m just grateful just to see how God is
like unfolding in her life my other son
he was born this year I just got was
just he was just showing out Point Blank
period yeah but I’m just grateful to be
a part of this ministry that is
literally changing the trajectory of not
just my life but the lives of those that
are like truly tapped into the culture
yeah man it’s so good and I love hearing
that because the thing that is so easy
sometimes like being a part of this we
see the impact that has externally like
you see the comments you see people
saying stuff
um but the beautiful thing is like this
is changing our lives like it’s not you
know what I’m saying it’s not just this
external thing we’re being impacted our
families are being impacted I think of
yeah like when y’all came to now and
having kids and your family and your
boys like it’s just like this thing is
genuinely it’s transforming lives it’s
our life it literally like we don’t just
talk about reap like representing God to
lost and found for transformation in
Christ like we’re literally living out
like the Transformations that we see in
our church just a word or just a church
Banner like it’s literally transforming
like I said our lives absolutely so
um you move to your crazy faith and then
um I remember I remember the first time
I was with Pastor Michael we were
working out on a Sunday morning before
church and he’s like yo I found this
sample he’s like he’s like and any idea
he’s like Charlie he’s the only person
in the world that I left that’s how much
I love my past the only person that
calls me Charlie said Charlie I found
this sample and he plays me we’re in the
gym like working out he’s got it hooked
up the speaker and he plays when it’s
like
and I’m like okay and he literally is
just like he’s hitting on the side of
like a bench press and he’s like just
imagine and he’s like like and I
remember Arena Stadium Stadium
we both I see we both have the same
experience like you feel that feel that
you feel that
the glory to God like that is so funny
it’s so weird we love you so much Pastor
but that it was Eagle it was the early
stages of eagle and I mean we ain’t you
literally before this started we just
had a whole conversation about the
vision and the story of that song but
obviously you got to lead that song do
it with KB uh transformation worship’s
first single but man talk to me about
the experience of that when I say I love
my pastor bro like he we were in the
studio like he called me he’s like bro
you got some time today I need you to
come to the studio right now I was like
okay so I get in the studio out here
I was like oh what is this what are we
doing so he literally say bro this is
the song that we’re doing the guy gave
me the song called Eagle here’s the
lyrics that I need to get in the studio
knock it out literally when I say it was
one of the most refreshing most freeing
experiences I’ve had in the studio in
all of my life like it was such a
freedom that I had never experienced and
a lot of people and I had told you just
a minute ago like a lot of people know
me as the so will I guy and I was
reminded of of Pastor Travis when he
said the last time he was here a lot of
people know him for just made a way
um and it really this song it really
opened up a facet to people like oh God
there’s some more in there like and
people don’t know like this is all right
I love this style of music so much
um not just because of the the beat but
also that’s the message that’s behind
the song and like literally
understanding that what we’re saying is
not just words like these are scripture
like so like understanding what the the
premise and the the weight that this
song has like it it ministered to me and
like even in the video at the video
shoot yeah I told you earlier
um I was if I’m being completely hot
you’d be real hot with you but I always
people don’t know we literally that was
homecoming Sunday yeah that was so
literally like okay so I’m
Sunday we recorded Sunday yeah we did
worship well I did worship immediately
after worship I had to get a haircut
yeah I had to rush from the church here
all the way to the other side north side
of Tulsa to get there on time and
literally like was there all night with
my babies yeah but like even just that
even all of that all the the things that
came with that it was such a beauty
because again my kids were able to
witness a miracle emotion like the thing
that I’ve dreamed of my of doing with my
life like it was being played out in
real time and for them to actually be a
counterpart to see that it was a
beautiful experience so good well I
think man the encouraging thing Osby is
I think you know we have so many people
watching this is our year in review
we’re playing this it’s the first Sunday
of the new year and I think what’s the
encouraging thing is I think Eagle
represents something for a lot of people
it’s what our church is here to do but
let them know that like God has put
something on the inside of all of us
that he wants to use in the world that
maybe people haven’t seen before like we
were talking about these are all real
conversations because people think like
why they got those cars or what like and
when you said like you said it’s like we
are here on assignment from God
absolutely to redeem Sonics and what’s
crazy is we didn’t like we were just
being obedient we were just like we’re
gonna do the song see what happens and
then literally it goes number one on
iTunes
let’s talk about that it was a hip-hop
chart literally above super freaky girls
I’ve never heard in a day of my life but
like even that was just like yo like God
you are so faithful so good for us to
put out our first song yeah and it’s go
number one as long as it did like it’s
nobody but God we can’t take credit for
literally it is all God and I think
that’s the thing that’s just so
encouraging to me is knowing like God
can use whatever you have he can use
whatever you have whenever you have it
and I think
um again I think as people are watching
this this is just the whole goal of this
is for you to remember as we going into
a new year for you to remember like God
has done so much like she’s been so
faithful he’s been so good he’s been so
kind and I think the goal for this
moment would be for people to be
encouraged that’s a no like yeah it may
have been you moving here in Crazy Faith
y’all having your kid in Crazy Faith but
all the stuff that is happening in our
lives in this church is to encourage all
of us that like God is doing more than
you could ever see than you could ever
imagine and um yeah it’s just such an
amazing test like everything that we do
is a sacrifice unto God and I always
want to make sure that I’m in the right
heart posture
um to to experience God’s abundant
blessing on on my life my family’s life
and um just the continued blessing on
this house like I’m just honestly I’m so
grateful for this man here for my for my
lead pastors for this church our worship
team like none of this could have been
possible without them so I’m just truly
grateful truly truly grateful so
incredible so special so amazing like
and uh we’ve talked about Eagle the
process hearing the sample and the music
video I think obviously we should just

um listen we said it earlier Midas we
were just talking about it but we’re
here to represent God to the lost and
found for transformation in Christ and
uh man we’ve had an amazing time uh
really looking back over all God has
done and what he did in the year 2022. I
know we’re here first Sunday of 2023
um but the Bible says over and over
again to remember and we’ve taken this
whole time to stop and look at different
moments throughout the year we started
with here is Holy understanding that uh
this was the year of intentional
limitations that God was saying that no
matter where you think there is that
here is the place that is Holy we talked
about
um getting giving kids and and helping
them grow in their financial literacy
and blessing people and doing a series
on on finances and outreaches and people
to bless the Little Lighthouse and so
many different things that happen been
throughout the year and hopefully
throughout this time you’ve been able to
track and maybe see in your own life
that God has been faithful I don’t know
what it is for you maybe it was when we
talked about flood Sunday or conference
or us being able to come back together
but as you looked over the last year you
were able to see that maybe not
everything went exactly how you thought
it was going to go but also God’s been
more faithful than you could ever even
imagine wherever you’re watching this
from our hope the reason we do Church
the reason we are um here as an
organization is to show promote and give
God in a new way and that’s what
represent means that’s literally what
it’s about is representing representing
and representing regiving God as the
greatest gift that has ever been given
and every single year we track
one of the most important things really
the most important thing our vision is
so clear it’s to represent God to the
lost and found for one reason
transformation in Christ and um in the
year 2022 it was amazing to see how many
people made the decision to give their
life to Jesus and as we’re going into
this New Year I’m believing there’s
going to be thousands if not hundreds of
thousands of people whose lives will be
transformed by this year but last year
2022 we saw over 32
000 people give their life to Christ
that’s a big number but what makes that
number real for me is my real friends
you see I have people included in that
number I have a dear friend of mine
named Nate that we’ve been friends for
years and this year was the year he
decided to give his life to Christ I
have uh family members and friends that
literally their life has been
transformed and so many of you maybe
you’re watching this and you found
yourself in that number this last year
you were some someone who decided to go
public with their faith and give their
life to Christ and I’m so proud of you
I’m so proud that you would make that
decision that you would decide to to
give your life to Christ and maybe
you’re you’re watching this and maybe
you haven’t made that decision
maybe when you think about Jesus and God
and your relationship with him or you
see all this stuff that you’re watched
during this time you’re thinking I don’t
know if I necessarily feel connected to
that I don’t know if that’s me I don’t
know if I could be a part of that
something we love to say here at
Transformation Church is you can belong
before you believe or behave what we
behave how we behave or what the Bible
says to do simply there is good news for
you and the good news is there’s a God
who loves you there’s a God who loves
you so much in fact the Bible is very
clear he sent his only son his name was
Jesus he came to Earth he lived a
sinless and perfect life and he died on
a cross for you and for me why did he
have to die well God is a perfect and
holy God and sin sin is a archery term
all it means is to miss the mark and all
of us in our life in some regard we’ve
missed the mark we’ve missed it at times
but because of the gift of Jesus we can
live purely we can find wholeness we can
find peace we can find purpose in God by
simply accepting Jesus as we close out
this time it would be wrong of me to not
give you the most beautiful opportunity
you could ever have and that is to
accept Jesus as your lord and savior I
want you to take a moment as we close
out our year in review talking about
everything God did last year and looking
forward to the new year you know I think
one of the best decisions you can make
one of the best New Year’s resolutions
you can have is to live a life submitted
to God and maybe you’re watching this
and you’re thinking man I don’t know how
I’m gonna do my New Year’s resolutions I
don’t know how I’m going to get through
and pass all this stuff that’s happened
in my life over the last year man I need
you to know that you don’t have to do
that alone you can do it with Emmanuel
the Bible says God with us so if you’re
sitting maybe you’re watching this at
home maybe you’re watching this in your
car you’re listening on podcasts if
you’re there and you say you know what
as I’ve been listening as I’ve been
watching there’s been some kind of
stirring I felt something in my heart
and that’s the Holy Spirit the Bible is
very clear that his role is to guide us
the truth is to lead us into all truth
Jesus said I’m the way the truth and the
life in this moment if you want to
accept Jesus into your life here’s what
I’m gonna do I’m going to pray a prayer
the Bible is very clear and Romans says
you believe in your heart and you
confess with your mouth that Jesus is
Lord you shall be saved I’m gonna pray a
prayer and I want you to pray this with
me pray in your own way maybe you just
need to say help maybe just say God I
give my life to you God I Surrender
wherever you are I’m going to pray over
you and if you agree with this prayer I
just want you to agree in your heart
agree that you know what God I’m
surrendering God I’m giving everything
to you and uh after I pray I’m believing
as you make this decision to accept
Jesus it’s going to be the best decision
you could ever make around the world
would you pray with me

Lord I Thank you that right now there
are people watching that they realize
they need a relationship with you they
realize that without you life feels
empty without you it has no meaning
without you they’re going from job to
job from partner to partner from Pain to
pain Lord God but with you they can find
restoration look at I pray right now for
the person who feels disconnected from
you I think you that in this moment they
are accepting the Gospel of Jesus
they’re surrendering their own will
they’re laying down their own plans and
they’re saying God I give you my life I
just pray right now that peace would
begin to flood their home Lord that the
thoughts that has felt like they
couldn’t stop that those would cease
Lord God and calm just like you calmed
the store the storm in the scriptures
Lord I pray that for the person who
feels overwhelmed by the future that
feels overwhelmed by a new year Lord God
would you bring Clarity and vision to
their heart Lord God and I thank you
Lord God that you are a God that we can
run to at any time and you are a God
that gives us peace Clarity and purpose
Lord God we thank you for it’s in a
beautiful name of Jesus we pray amen Hey
listen if you just prayed with me and
you said you know what I I surrendered I
gave my life to Christ I’m so happy for
you I’m so proud of you the Bible is
very clear that when one person gives
their life to Jesus that all of Heaven
stops and they celebrate what God has
done and the Miracle that’s just taking
place as a church we would love to
support you in this journey of following

have happened this year and the truth is
um we couldn’t cover all of it like we
spent this amount of time talking and
still there was so much more that God
did and you know what I know there’s so
much more that God did in your life I
would encourage you on this first Sunday
of the New Year why don’t you stop and
take a moment to be grateful take a
moment to acknowledge the good things
that God has done
